【摘要】：目的總結(jié)3-D打印技術(shù)在關(guān)節(jié)外科的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀并展望未來發(fā)展方向。方法檢索近年國(guó)內(nèi)外3-D打印技術(shù)在關(guān)節(jié)外科修復(fù)重建領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并進(jìn)行綜合分析。結(jié)果在臨床應(yīng)用方面,3-D打印技術(shù)可為患者"量身定制"高精度的手術(shù)方案和植入體,提高復(fù)雜手術(shù)的成功率,使手術(shù)更精準(zhǔn)、安全;在基礎(chǔ)研究方面,3-D打印技術(shù)制作的組織工程支架不僅具有與缺損組織相匹配的解剖外形,同時(shí)也具有滿足細(xì)胞黏附、增殖的內(nèi)部空間結(jié)構(gòu),甚至可將活細(xì)胞作為打印材料,一同被打印出來。結(jié)論隨著影像學(xué)、數(shù)字化醫(yī)學(xué)和新材料技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,3-D打印技術(shù)在關(guān)節(jié)外科將會(huì)得到更廣泛應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the application of 3-D printing technology in joint surgery and to look forward to the future development. Methods the relevant literatures on the application of 3-D printing technology in the field of arthroplasty and reconstruction were searched and analyzed comprehensively in recent years. Results in the aspect of clinical application, 3-D printing technology can be used to "customize" the high-precision surgical scheme and implants for patients, improve the success rate of complex surgery, and make the operation more accurate and safe. In terms of basic research, the 3-D printing scaffold not only has an anatomical shape that matches the defective tissue, but also has an internal spatial structure that satisfies cell adhesion and proliferation. Live cells can even be printed as printing materials. Conclusion with the rapid development of imaging, digital medicine and new material technology, 3-D printing technology will be more widely used in joint surgery.
