一種考慮屏蔽效應(yīng)的電路輸入向量敏感性計(jì)算方法

【摘要】:輸入向量敏感性的計(jì)算在電路的高可靠設(shè)計(jì)過程中有著重要的實(shí)際意義,尤其是針對(duì)有著特定應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景的電路產(chǎn)品.該文以概率轉(zhuǎn)移矩陣模型為主要技術(shù)手段,首先簡(jiǎn)要分析了輸入向量對(duì)電路故障的"驅(qū)趕"作用,接著基于屏蔽機(jī)理構(gòu)建了針對(duì)電路基本構(gòu)件的三種屏蔽效應(yīng)的量化模型,然后利用混合編碼并通過虛擬法構(gòu)建的電路基本構(gòu)件輸出端的可觀察敏感性輸入向量實(shí)現(xiàn)了輸入向量敏感性的迭代傳播,再結(jié)合范數(shù)理論計(jì)算了電路輸入向量的敏感性.理論分析與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該文所提方法的計(jì)算精度與同類型方法相似,但計(jì)算速度要快2~6倍,內(nèi)存開銷稍小,計(jì)算過程則更為靈巧與簡(jiǎn)便,是一種可操作性強(qiáng)的有效計(jì)算模型,其時(shí)空復(fù)雜性與電路中的基本構(gòu)件數(shù)目成線性增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系.此外,實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)輸入向量的敏感性隨電路基本構(gòu)件故障概率的增大而增大,且電屏蔽效應(yīng)與鎖存窗屏蔽效應(yīng)對(duì)輸入向量敏感性的影響也隨電路基本構(gòu)件故障概率的增大而呈現(xiàn)出增強(qiáng)的趨勢(shì),電屏蔽效應(yīng)尤甚.
[Abstract]:The calculation of input vector sensitivity is of great practical significance in the process of high reliability design of circuits, especially for circuit products with specific application scenarios. In this paper, the probabilistic transfer matrix model is used as the main technical means. Firstly, the function of input vector to drive the circuit fault is briefly analyzed. Then, based on the shielding mechanism, a quantitative model of three kinds of shielding effects for the basic components of the circuit is constructed. Then the iterative propagation of the input vector sensitivity is realized by using the observable sensitivity input vector of the output end of the basic component of the circuit constructed by mixed coding and virtual method. Then the sensitivity of the input vector is calculated by combining the norm theory. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed method is similar to that of the same type of method, but the computational speed is 2 ~ 6 times faster, the memory cost is slightly smaller, and the calculation process is more dexterous and simple. It is an efficient and operable computing model, whose space-time complexity increases linearly with the number of basic components in the circuit. In addition, it is found that the sensitivity of the input vector increases with the increase of fault probability of the basic components of the circuit. The influence of electric shielding effect and latch window shielding effect on the sensitivity of input vector is also increasing with the increase of fault probability of the basic components of the circuit, especially the electric shielding effect.
