通信企業(yè)IDC機(jī)房節(jié)能減排的研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著IDC業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展,通信企業(yè)都將其作為重點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)之一,并加大了投入力度建設(shè)IDC機(jī)房,以滿(mǎn)足未來(lái)幾年加速發(fā)展的業(yè)務(wù)需求。而隨著IDC業(yè)務(wù)和機(jī)房規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,其投入與產(chǎn)出對(duì)通信企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展也舉足輕重。為了進(jìn)一步提高IDC業(yè)務(wù)的效益,未來(lái)更需關(guān)注綠色節(jié)能技術(shù),細(xì)化和落實(shí)先進(jìn)節(jié)能技術(shù)在IDC建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用和普及。 相對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)同行業(yè)IDC機(jī)房中,上海地區(qū)通信企業(yè)機(jī)房總體能耗較低,且領(lǐng)先使用了云計(jì)算、水冷空調(diào)等先進(jìn)的節(jié)能技術(shù)。但由于上海地區(qū)氣候條件、通信企業(yè)機(jī)房條件等客觀(guān)因素,通信企業(yè)機(jī)房的PUE值與國(guó)外先進(jìn)水平相比,仍然具有一定的差距,尤其是目前在IDC機(jī)房建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)的精細(xì)化管理手段尚不完善,研究建設(shè)期無(wú)法對(duì)用戶(hù)需求準(zhǔn)確定位,往往造成投資浪費(fèi);運(yùn)營(yíng)期也無(wú)法靈活地針對(duì)機(jī)房能耗水平精確把控,降低業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。 因此,本次研究將立足于滿(mǎn)足通信企業(yè)IDC業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展方向,旨在針對(duì)現(xiàn)有機(jī)房能耗情況及新建機(jī)房需求,通過(guò)對(duì)影響PUE值的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素:通信設(shè)備用電、空調(diào)設(shè)備用電、電源供電系統(tǒng)損耗和建筑用電入手,采取相應(yīng)的節(jié)能技術(shù)降低其用電量,降低IDC機(jī)房的PUE值。同時(shí)結(jié)合有效管理手段,綜合控制電費(fèi)支出占比,使通信企業(yè)的IDC機(jī)房用能水平接近或達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。另一方面,本次研究還將通過(guò)對(duì)IDC用戶(hù)類(lèi)型的細(xì)分及IDC用戶(hù)對(duì)機(jī)房建設(shè)的等級(jí)要求,制定出最貼近用戶(hù)需求的配置方案,合理規(guī)劃配套資源,降低投資,提高IDC機(jī)房的利用率及客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度。 綜上所述,本研究將從節(jié)能與增效兩方面入手,針對(duì)通信企業(yè)自身主觀(guān)條件和上海地域氣候環(huán)境等客觀(guān)條件的特點(diǎn),,制定IDC機(jī)房的總體PUE目標(biāo)值,對(duì)現(xiàn)有和新建IDC機(jī)房分別提出科學(xué)可行的節(jié)能實(shí)施方案和配置方案,完成研究期內(nèi)IDC機(jī)房節(jié)能減排各項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與降低能耗的雙豐收。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of IDC business, communication enterprises take it as one of the key business, and increased investment in the construction of IDC computer room to meet the business needs of accelerating development in the next few years. With the continuous expansion of IDC business and computer room scale, its input and output also play an important role in the business development of communication enterprises. In order to further improve the efficiency of IDC business, it is necessary to pay more attention to green energy-saving technology in the future, refine and implement the application and popularization of advanced energy-saving technology in the construction of IDC. Compared with the IDC rooms of the same industry in China, the overall energy consumption of the communication rooms in Shanghai is relatively low, and the advanced energy-saving technologies such as cloud computing, water-cooled air conditioning and so on have been used in Shanghai. However, due to such objective factors as climate conditions in Shanghai and computer room conditions in communications enterprises, the PUE value of communication enterprises' computer rooms still has a certain gap compared with the advanced level of foreign countries. Especially at present, the detailed management means in the construction and operation of IDC computer room are not perfect, and the research period can not accurately locate the user's demand, which often results in the waste of investment. The operation period can not be flexible to accurately control the energy consumption level of computer room and reduce the operating cost of business. Therefore, this research will be based on meeting the development direction of IDC business in communication enterprises, aiming at the energy consumption of existing computer rooms and the needs of newly built rooms, through the analysis of several key factors that affect the value of PUE: power consumption for communication equipment, electricity for air conditioning equipment, Starting with the loss of power supply system and the building power consumption, the corresponding energy-saving technology is adopted to reduce the power consumption and the PUE value of the IDC machine room. At the same time, combined with effective management means, the proportion of electricity expenditure is controlled synthetically, so that the energy consumption level of IDC computer room in communication enterprises is close to or up to the international advanced level. On the other hand, through the subdivision of IDC user types and the grade requirements of IDC users to the construction of computer room, this study will work out the configuration scheme that is closest to the needs of users, rationally plan the necessary resources, and reduce the investment. Improve IDC room utilization and customer satisfaction. To sum up, this study will start from the aspects of energy saving and efficiency improvement, aiming at the characteristics of the subjective conditions of the communication enterprises and the regional climate environment of Shanghai, and formulate the overall PUE target value of the IDC computer room. This paper puts forward scientific and feasible energy saving implementation scheme and configuration scheme for existing and newly built IDC computer rooms, accomplishes the key indexes of energy saving and emission reduction in IDC computer rooms during the research period, and realizes the double harvest of economic benefit and energy consumption reduction.
