基于嵌入式Linux的電力集抄系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)集中器的研究與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the development of electronic technology and communication technology, power collection system has become a hot spot in power industry. The research and development of intelligent electric power centralized reading system can not only reduce the disadvantages of traditional meter reading, such as misreading, leakage, estimation and so on, but also facilitate the power supply management units to calculate losses scientifically. It not only provides convenience for people's daily life and energy management department's work, but also improves the efficient distribution and utilization of energy. This paper designs and implements the data concentrator, which is the core component of the power centralized reading system. The detailed work is as follows: (1) analyze the working principle and functional requirements of the data concentrator. A design scheme based on embedded Linux is put forward in view of the shortcomings of the electric power centralized reading system in our country at present. According to the development flow of the embedded system, the hardware and software design scheme is determined. (2) according to the function requirement of the system, the hardware structure of the whole system is divided into three parts: power control module, AC sampling module, LCD liquid crystal display module, RS485 communication, GPRS communication, Ethernet communication module, etc. Design of complex interface between low voltage power carrier and wireless communication. At the same time, the wireless communication module and the technology of ad hoc network are used to realize the non-line-of-sight transmission of the downlink channel. (3) build the cross-compiling environment, transplant the kernel of Bootloader and embedded Linux system, and introduce the process of making root file system in detail. On this basis, the development of the underlying hardware driver and the design of the upper application software are completed. (4) completing the meter reading test and remote upgrade test of data concentrator in various communication modes. The purpose of the system is to apply the embedded Linux,GPRS, composite communication and adaptive networking technology to the power collection and reading industry, to use AT91SAM9261 as the processing unit and GPRS and Ethernet as the remote wireless data transmission module. The acquisition, transmission, display and analysis of power data are realized by using low voltage power carrier and wireless module as downlink communication mode. The system makes full use of the powerful management functions of AT91SAM9261 embedded processor and Linux operating system, and has the characteristics of stable and reliable performance, good real-time performance and high communication speed. It provides a new power information collection method for power department.
