基于Arduino的開源3D打印平臺系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與開發(fā)

【摘要】:以當(dāng)前主流電子原型平臺Arduino為開發(fā)環(huán)境,針對開源3D打印機(jī)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與開發(fā)。確定了一種開源3D打印設(shè)備的工作鏈、軟硬件布局及電氣控制系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成,在Arduino平臺上構(gòu)建了該設(shè)備的機(jī)、電、熱集成開發(fā)環(huán)境,并設(shè)計了數(shù)字化樣機(jī)模型。借助工業(yè)級3D打印機(jī)制造關(guān)鍵零部件和非標(biāo)件,通過分部組裝成功研制了等比例物理樣機(jī),在此基礎(chǔ)上實現(xiàn)了Marlin固件的編譯、燒刻以及樣機(jī)校準(zhǔn)與系統(tǒng)調(diào)試。探索并明確了開源3D打印平臺的一體化開發(fā)流程和實現(xiàn)方法,為開源3D打印技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、創(chuàng)新及推廣提供了重要支持。
[Abstract]:Based on the current mainstream electronic prototype platform Arduino as the development environment, the open source 3D printer system design and development. The working chain, hardware and software layout and electrical control system of an open source 3D printing equipment are determined. The computer, electricity and heat integrated development environment of the device is constructed on the Arduino platform, and a digital prototype model is designed. With the help of industrial 3D printer, the key parts and non-standard parts are manufactured, and the equal-scale physical prototype is successfully developed through partial assembly. On this basis, the compilation, burning, calibration and system debugging of Marlin firmware are realized. This paper explores and clarifies the integrated development process and implementation method of the open source 3D printing platform, which provides important support for the application, innovation and popularization of the open source 3D printing technology.
