【摘要】：本文針對(duì)中國(guó)國(guó)家網(wǎng)格系統(tǒng)軟件CNGrid GOS如何實(shí)現(xiàn)集群資源網(wǎng)格虛擬化、網(wǎng)格資源服務(wù)化、基于服務(wù)的共享和協(xié)同、計(jì)算資源調(diào)用、單一系統(tǒng)映像以及基于證書認(rèn)證體系的全局網(wǎng)格用戶管理等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入研究。從網(wǎng)格服務(wù)調(diào)用的角度出發(fā),著重闡述了中國(guó)國(guó)家網(wǎng)格甘肅超算中心結(jié)點(diǎn)曙光5000高性能計(jì)算集群網(wǎng)格批作業(yè)Driver的實(shí)現(xiàn)。從而在網(wǎng)格層面上解決了網(wǎng)格用戶對(duì)應(yīng)本地用戶身份的安全切換和網(wǎng)格用戶作業(yè)提交、作業(yè)腳本生成、作業(yè)狀態(tài)查看、作業(yè)中止、詳細(xì)信息反饋等操作。 GOS作為網(wǎng)格中間件,屏蔽資源為用戶提供計(jì)算服務(wù)、調(diào)用本地資源完成計(jì)算任務(wù),通過(guò)網(wǎng)格核心服務(wù)創(chuàng)建網(wǎng)程(grip網(wǎng)格級(jí)進(jìn)程),從而調(diào)用封裝好的應(yīng)用軟件服務(wù),解決了永久性的Web服務(wù)不適用于網(wǎng)格計(jì)算服務(wù)的問(wèn)題。最后,完成了甘肅結(jié)點(diǎn)GOS的部署工作,并通過(guò)封裝重點(diǎn)應(yīng)用軟件,對(duì)網(wǎng)格服務(wù)的發(fā)現(xiàn)和網(wǎng)格資源的有效利用進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。
[Abstract]:This paper aims at how to realize cluster resource grid virtualization, grid resource service, based on service sharing and collaboration, how to realize cluster resource grid virtualization by Chinese national grid system software CNGrid GOS. The problems of single system image and global grid user management based on certificate authentication system are studied in detail. From the point of view of grid service invocation, this paper focuses on the implementation of dawning 5000 high performance computing cluster grid batch job Driver in China's national grid Gansu supercomputing center node. In order to solve the grid level, the grid user security switch corresponding to local user identity and grid user job submission, job script generation, job status view, job abort, GOS, as grid middleware, shields resources to provide computing services for users, and calls local resources to complete computing tasks. The grid core service is used to create the network process (grip grid-level process), which calls the encapsulated application software service, and solves the problem that the permanent Web service is not suitable for the grid computing service. Finally, the deployment of Gansu node GOS is completed, and the discovery of grid services and the effective utilization of grid resources are tested by encapsulating the key application software.
