車載嵌入式高清視頻處理終端的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著近些年城市軌道交通的快速發(fā)展及人們對軌道交通的依賴性的提高,如何確保旅客安全及為乘客提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),已成為地鐵工作的主要內(nèi)容。地鐵車載多媒體信息系統(tǒng)作為最直接和乘客交互的安全服務(wù)系統(tǒng),直接承擔(dān)著地鐵安全穩(wěn)定運行的重要責(zé)任。車載視頻處理系統(tǒng)作為車載多媒體信息系統(tǒng)最重要的系統(tǒng)之一,直接起到為旅客提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)及在緊急情況下的處理事故和認(rèn)定責(zé)任的作用。 通過對北京地鐵各條線路的調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),目前車載視頻處理終端普遍存在著易死機和圖像清晰度較低的問題,究其原因,在于操作系統(tǒng)不穩(wěn)定及視頻圖像分辨率較低,故針對此,本文提出一種全數(shù)字的基于嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng)的車載高清視頻處理終端,實現(xiàn)車載高清視頻監(jiān)控功能。 通過對目前主流嵌入式視頻處理系統(tǒng)的分析,本文采用TI公司Davinci系列多核處理器TMS320DM368作為核心處理器,Linux2.6.18作為處理操作系統(tǒng),以CMOS圖像傳感器作為高清視頻采集器件,采用H.264作為系統(tǒng)編解碼格式,系統(tǒng)分辨率支持1080P和720P,同時在設(shè)計時預(yù)留了高清視頻顯示HDMI和色差分量視頻顯示接口,為日后高清視頻顯示系統(tǒng)的集成和擴展提供了可能。本文將重點對所設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)的硬件和內(nèi)核啟動引導(dǎo)程序進行詳細(xì)分析設(shè)計。對于系統(tǒng)硬件,本文將重點對系統(tǒng)原理圖及PCB繪制過程進行設(shè)計論述,系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計包括小系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、高清視頻采集接口電路設(shè)計、高清視頻顯示接口電路設(shè)計、以太網(wǎng)通信接口電路及SD卡存儲電路設(shè)計等。對于系統(tǒng)PCB,本文將給出8層核心主板和4層接口底板的具體繪制過程,并對繪制過程中關(guān)鍵布線點進行詳細(xì)說明。對于系統(tǒng)軟件,本文將重點對系統(tǒng)內(nèi)核引導(dǎo)程序UBL、 U-boot源碼及修改移植過程進行詳細(xì)分析論述,同時對系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境的建立、啟動原理的分析、內(nèi)核裁剪移植的過程進行研究介紹,并最終通過實驗驗證了設(shè)計的正確性,實現(xiàn)了1080P和720P的高清視頻監(jiān)控功能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban rail transit in recent years and the improvement of people's dependence on rail transit, how to ensure passenger safety and provide better service for passengers has become the main content of subway work. As the most direct and interactive security service system, the subway vehicle multimedia information system is directly responsible for the safe and stable operation of the subway. As one of the most important systems of vehicular multimedia information system, vehicular video processing system directly plays the role of providing high-quality services for passengers, handling accidents and determining responsibility in emergency situations. Through the investigation of each line of Beijing subway, it is found that the problems of easy to crash and low definition of image are common in the on-board video processing terminal at present. The reason is that the operating system is unstable and the resolution of video image is low, so in view of this, This paper presents a full digital high definition video processing terminal based on embedded Linux operating system. Based on the analysis of the mainstream embedded video processing system, this paper uses TI Davinci series of multi-core processor TMS320DM368 as the core processor, Linux2.6.18 as the processing operating system, and CMOS image sensor as the high-definition video capture device. H.264 is used as the coding and decoding format of the system. The system resolution supports 1080P and 720P. at the same time, the HDMI and the color difference component video display interface are reserved for the design, which provides the possibility for the integration and expansion of the HD video display system in the future. This paper will focus on the design of the system hardware and kernel boot program for detailed analysis and design. For the hardware of the system, this paper will focus on the design of the system schematic diagram and PCB drawing process. The hardware design of the system includes small system design, high-definition video acquisition interface circuit design, high-definition video display interface circuit design. Ethernet communication interface circuit and SD card storage circuit design. For the system PCB, this paper will give the concrete drawing process of 8-layer core motherboard and 4-layer interface bottom board, and explain the key wiring points in the process of drawing in detail. For the system software, this paper will focus on the system kernel boot program UBL, U-boot source code and modify the process of transplantation, and at the same time the establishment of the system development environment, startup principle analysis, The process of kernel tailoring and transplanting is introduced, and finally the correctness of the design is verified by experiments, and the high-definition video surveillance functions of 1080P and 720P are realized.
