【摘要】：公共機(jī)房是地方本科院校重要的校內(nèi)實(shí)踐教學(xué)平臺(tái),對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力和創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)起著舉足輕重的作用。為了更好地發(fā)揮公共機(jī)房的功能,必須加強(qiáng)和規(guī)范公共機(jī)房的建設(shè)與管理。本文從宏觀層和微觀層兩個(gè)層面對(duì)機(jī)房建設(shè)提出了科學(xué)可行的辦法,同時(shí)提出機(jī)房"分層使用"和"良性循環(huán),自我再生"等幾個(gè)機(jī)房管理機(jī)制新觀點(diǎn),對(duì)機(jī)房規(guī)范化管理提出了一套行之有效的實(shí)施方案。實(shí)踐證明,新的管理理念對(duì)地方本科院校公共機(jī)房建設(shè)和規(guī)范化管理起到了較好的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:The public computer room is an important practical teaching platform in local colleges and universities, which plays an important role in the cultivation of students' practical and innovative abilities. In order to bring the function of public computer room into full play, we must strengthen and standardize the construction and management of public computer room. This paper puts forward some scientific and feasible methods for the construction of computer room from the macro and micro levels, and puts forward some new viewpoints on the management mechanism of computer room, such as "stratified use" and "virtuous circle, self-regeneration", etc. This paper puts forward a set of effective implementation scheme for standardized management of computer room. Practice has proved that the new management concept has played a better role in promoting the construction and standardized management of the public computer rooms in local undergraduate colleges.
