基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的冰箱物品信息管理系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:科技的發(fā)展與人們對(duì)環(huán)境的需求緊密相連,隨著生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)生活環(huán)境的要求也越來(lái)越高。家電作為人們生活中不可缺少的一部分,將先進(jìn)技術(shù)滲透到家電是發(fā)展的必然。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為新一代信息技術(shù)的重要組成部分,得到快速發(fā)展,其與家電的有效結(jié)合是未來(lái)智能家電的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 本文在分析了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)智能冰箱物品信息管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的冰箱物品信息管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求,并給出了冰箱物品信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,具體包括:使用RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification,射頻識(shí)別)讀寫(xiě)器掃描貼在物品上的電子標(biāo)簽,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)物品的識(shí)別,并通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程獲取物品的相關(guān)信息;具有物品信息存儲(chǔ)和管理、智能決策、推薦食譜、在線購(gòu)物等功能。 采用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)技術(shù)以及嵌入式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于RFID的冰箱物品信息管理系統(tǒng)。其中包括射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)、電子產(chǎn)品編碼(Electronic Product Code,EPC)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的概念、EPC網(wǎng)絡(luò)的工作原理及相關(guān)技術(shù);系統(tǒng)采用基于嵌入式微處理器S3C2440的Micro2440開(kāi)發(fā)板和RFID作為硬件平臺(tái),軟件部分使用WinCE5.0操作系統(tǒng)。本文進(jìn)行的軟件開(kāi)發(fā)主要包含以下部分: 1.根據(jù)串口通信協(xié)議,編寫(xiě)相應(yīng)的程序,使RFID讀寫(xiě)器與應(yīng)用軟件進(jìn)行通訊連接。對(duì)接收的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)讀取多個(gè)電子標(biāo)簽的EPC碼,并通過(guò)EPC碼獲取對(duì)應(yīng)物品的信息。 2.采取了在開(kāi)發(fā)板上移植SQLite嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),并編寫(xiě)了相應(yīng)的程序,通過(guò)程序直接對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行插入、更新、刪除等操作,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)物品信息的存儲(chǔ)和管理,以及物品過(guò)期提示功能。 3.為了方便用戶了解冰箱中的物品信息以及在線購(gòu)物,系統(tǒng)采用MFC開(kāi)發(fā)了人機(jī)交互界面。通過(guò)人機(jī)交互界面,用戶可以查詢冰箱中的物品信息、同類(lèi)物品的數(shù)量,以及進(jìn)行在線購(gòu)物。本文最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各功能模塊的可行性和穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試與結(jié)果分析。
[Abstract]:The development of science and technology is closely related to people's demand for environment. With the improvement of living standard, people's demand for living environment is higher and higher. As an indispensable part of people's life, it is inevitable to infiltrate advanced technology into household appliances. As an important part of the new generation of information technology, the Internet of things has been developed rapidly, and its effective combination with home appliances is the development trend of intelligent home appliances in the future. Based on the analysis of the technical framework of the Internet of things and the current situation of the research on the information management of intelligent refrigerators at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the functional requirements of the information management system of the refrigerator articles based on the technology of the Internet of things. The design scheme of refrigerator item information management system is given, which includes: using RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification, radio frequency identification) reader to scan the electronic label affixed to the object, so as to realize the recognition of the object. It has the functions of storing and managing items information, intelligent decision making, recommending recipes, shopping online and so on. A refrigerator item information management system based on RFID is designed and implemented by using Internet of things (IoT) technology and embedded system. It includes radio frequency identification technology, the concept of electronic product coded (Electronic Product Code,EPC) network, the working principle of EPC network and related technology. The system adopts Micro2440 development board based on embedded microprocessor S3C2440 and RFID as hardware platform. The software part uses WinCE5.0 operating system. The software development in this paper mainly includes the following parts: 1. According to the serial communication protocol, write the corresponding program so that the RFID reader and application software communication connection. The EPC code of multiple electronic tags can be read by processing the received data, and the information of corresponding items can be obtained by EPC code. 2. The SQLite embedded database is transplanted on the development board, and the corresponding program is written, through which the database can be inserted, updated and deleted directly, so as to realize the storage and management of the item information. And item expiration prompt function. 3. In order to facilitate the users to understand the information of items in the refrigerator and online shopping, the system uses MFC to develop the man-machine interface. Through the man-machine interface, the user can query the information of the items in the refrigerator, the quantity of the similar items, as well as the online shopping. Finally, the feasibility and stability of each functional module of the system are tested and analyzed.
