柱坐標式FDM 3D打印機的研制

【摘要】:針對基于笛卡兒坐標系的熔融沉積成型(fused deposition molding,FDM)3D打印機打印旋轉(zhuǎn)體精度低,且速度慢等問題,設(shè)計開發(fā)了一種基于柱坐標系的FDM 3D打印機.其成型原理和機械結(jié)構(gòu)都借鑒了傳統(tǒng)的FDM 3D打印機,并在此基礎(chǔ)上將基于笛卡兒坐標系的運動方式改為基于柱坐標系的運動方式.相較于傳統(tǒng)FDM 3D打印機,在使用相同的硬件(包括電機、噴頭、打印絲材)配置情況下,該設(shè)備打印旋轉(zhuǎn)體模型時可以實現(xiàn)更高的打印精度,在某些情況下可以實現(xiàn)更快的打印速度.
[Abstract]:A FDM 3D printer based on cylindrical coordinate system is designed and developed to solve the problems of low precision and low speed of printing rotating object for melt deposition forming (fused deposition molding,FDM) based on Cartesian coordinate system. Compared with the traditional FDM 3D printer, with the same hardware configuration (including motor, nozzle, printing wire), the device can achieve higher printing accuracy when printing the rotator model. In some cases, faster printing speed can be achieved.
