泵驅(qū)動兩相冷卻機組及其節(jié)能效果實驗研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)氣溫較低時,泵驅(qū)動兩相冷卻機組較之傳統(tǒng)的蒸氣壓縮式空調(diào)能耗更低,EER更高,在數(shù)據(jù)中心節(jié)能降耗方面具有很大的應(yīng)用潛力。但粗糙的控制策略不僅阻礙了冷卻機組性能的提高,還嚴重影響了室內(nèi)溫控精度,對其實際應(yīng)用極為不利。為了使其更好的應(yīng)用于小型數(shù)據(jù)中心,本文研制了相應(yīng)的控制系統(tǒng),研究了其在某小型數(shù)據(jù)中心中實際應(yīng)用時的運行性能,擬合了換熱特性曲線,并進行節(jié)能性分析。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)室內(nèi)溫度設(shè)定為22℃、室外溫度低于10℃時,采用此機組對數(shù)據(jù)中心機房進行散熱能夠滿足室內(nèi)負荷要求,與采用空調(diào)散熱相比節(jié)省電能至少26.77%,具有良好的節(jié)能效果。
[Abstract]:When the temperature is low, the pump driven two-phase cooling unit has lower energy consumption and higher EER than the traditional steam compression air conditioner, which has great application potential in data center energy saving and consumption reduction. But the rough control strategy not only hinders the improvement of the performance of the cooling unit, but also seriously affects the indoor temperature control accuracy, which is extremely unfavorable to its practical application. In order to make it better used in small data center, the corresponding control system is developed in this paper.
