USB3.0在存儲測試系統(tǒng)中的研究

【摘要】:USB接口是一種總線接口標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以其高速、穩(wěn)定、易于擴展、兼容性強和即插即用等特點,贏得了市場認可并得到普及,已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、圖像采集等領(lǐng)域。2008年推出的USB3.0協(xié)議,它規(guī)定了計算機與USB設(shè)備的最大傳輸帶寬高達5Gbps。 近年來,本實驗室開發(fā)了以GB為單位的大容量存儲測試系統(tǒng),而海量存儲測試系統(tǒng)也已提上研發(fā)日程。針對兩種存儲測試系統(tǒng)與計算機的數(shù)據(jù)交換問題,提出并設(shè)計了USB3.0數(shù)據(jù)傳輸接口,以克服現(xiàn)有接口數(shù)據(jù)傳輸較慢的缺點,并驗證了系統(tǒng)的可行性。 本論文闡述的內(nèi)容包括以下幾個方面: 1.分析了本實驗室測試系統(tǒng)接口的特點,綜合比較各種高速接口的優(yōu)缺點,并且介紹了USB3.0總線技術(shù)的相關(guān)協(xié)議和特性; 2.基于課題的研究內(nèi)容和目的,選用USB3.0芯片CYUSB3014作為USB3.0控制芯片,構(gòu)建硬件系統(tǒng)框架,繪制硬件原理圖,,并按照高速電路PCB設(shè)計的要求和USB3.0超速設(shè)備PCB布局布線要求繪制PCB版圖。開發(fā)USB固件程序,設(shè)置USB設(shè)備的各種描述符,設(shè)置端點和DMA傳輸通道,設(shè)計GPIF Ⅱ狀態(tài)機。為USB3.0設(shè)備安裝設(shè)備驅(qū)動程序,并開發(fā)上位機應(yīng)用程序,提供人機交互界面; 3.設(shè)計了USB3.0接口測試方案,根據(jù)USB3.0芯片上GPIF Ⅱ接口工作在SLAVEFIFO模式下的邏輯時序要求,用VHDL硬件描述語言對下位機主控芯片F(xiàn)PGA編程,協(xié)調(diào)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,最后完成測試。

The characteristics of the test system interface in our laboratory are analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of various high-speed interfaces are comprehensively compared, and the related protocols and characteristics of the USB3.0 bus technology are introduced. 2. Based on the research content and purpose of the subject, the USB3.0 chip CYUSB3014 is selected as the USB3.0 control chip, the hardware system frame is constructed, and the hardware schematic diagram is drawn. The PCB layout is drawn according to the requirements of PCB design of high speed circuit and PCB layout of USB3.0 overspeed equipment.
