基于CCPM的IT機房建設項目進度管理研究

【摘要】:目前,在眾多的發(fā)達國家,項目化管理已經普遍應用于各行各業(yè),項目管理在各個領域都得到廣泛認識且取得一定應用成效,在眾多行業(yè)中,項目化管理承擔者舉足輕重的角色,尤其是在信息工程,軟件工程,生產業(yè)等行業(yè)。項目進度管理對于項目的成功與否更起著重大的作用。由于傳統(tǒng)的項目進度管理方法存在片面性和低效性,使其越來越難以適應現代項目的進度管理要求。因此,本文選擇以關鍵鏈項目管理(Critical Chain Project Management,簡稱CCPM)的全新項目管理理論與法,對IT機房建設項目進行動態(tài)管理,及整個項目管理流程的持續(xù)改進。CCPM其實質是克服且有資源約束的項目管理問題,它的項目環(huán)境更偏向于資源不確定性較大的項目。CCPM項目管理提倡在項目執(zhí)行過程中,以動態(tài)管理為核心對整個項目管理流程的進行持續(xù)不斷的改進,是一個循環(huán)遞歸、不斷尋優(yōu)的過程。與傳統(tǒng)理論相比,CCPM在關鍵鏈排序的基礎上,將各項活動的安全時間集中于項目尾部,構造緩沖用于抵消項目的不確定性并保護著關鍵鏈,達到共擔風險的效果。隨著互聯網產業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,IT機房數據中心作為其中重要的業(yè)務服務中心,提供著眾多穩(wěn)定高效的網絡資源及服務。機房的基礎建設工程早已成為數據中心工程的核心部分,如何能更好的管理IT機房的建設也已經成了必須重視的一大問題。本文通過研究項目管理中使用關鍵鏈技術的方法,結合以前學者的研究成果,把它應用于IT機房建設項目,并提出合理有效的方法及模型,為IT機房建設項目提供有力的技術工具。除此以外,本文通過分析對比傳統(tǒng)項目管理方式CPM/PERT與關鍵鏈管理方法CCPM在機房建設工程項目進度管理上的效率差別,總結得出的結論說明該項目進度管理方法在IT機房建設領域具有較高的經濟價值。
[Abstract]:At present, in many developed countries, project management has been widely used in all walks of life, project management in various fields have been widely recognized and achieved some application results, in many industries, project management bearers play a pivotal role, especially in information engineering, software engineering, production industries. Because of the one-sidedness and inefficiency of traditional project schedule management methods, it is more and more difficult to adapt to the requirements of modern project schedule management. Therefore, this paper chooses the new project management theory of Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM). The essence of CCPM is to overcome the problem of project management with resource constraints, and its project environment is more inclined to projects with greater resource uncertainty. CCPM project management advocates dynamic management as the core of the project implementation process. The continuous improvement of project management process is a process of recursion and optimization. Compared with the traditional theory, CCPM concentrates the safety time of each activity at the end of the project on the basis of the key chain sequencing, and constructs a buffer to offset the uncertainty of the project and protect the key chain, so as to achieve the effect of sharing risks. With the continuous development of the Internet industry, the IT computer room data center, as one of the important business service centers, provides a large number of stable and efficient network resources and services. In this paper, by studying the method of using critical chain technology in project management and combining with the research results of former scholars, we apply it to the construction project of IT computer room, and put forward reasonable and effective methods and models to provide powerful technical tools for the construction project of IT computer room. The efficiency difference between CCPM and CCPM in schedule management of computer room construction project shows that CCPM has high economic value in the field of IT room construction.
