基于CCPM的IT機(jī)房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:目前,在眾多的發(fā)達(dá)國家,項(xiàng)目化管理已經(jīng)普遍應(yīng)用于各行各業(yè),項(xiàng)目管理在各個領(lǐng)域都得到廣泛認(rèn)識且取得一定應(yīng)用成效,在眾多行業(yè)中,項(xiàng)目化管理承擔(dān)者舉足輕重的角色,尤其是在信息工程,軟件工程,生產(chǎn)業(yè)等行業(yè)。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理對于項(xiàng)目的成功與否更起著重大的作用。由于傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法存在片面性和低效性,使其越來越難以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理要求。因此,本文選擇以關(guān)鍵鏈項(xiàng)目管理(Critical Chain Project Management,簡稱CCPM)的全新項(xiàng)目管理理論與法,對IT機(jī)房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行動態(tài)管理,及整個項(xiàng)目管理流程的持續(xù)改進(jìn)。CCPM其實(shí)質(zhì)是克服且有資源約束的項(xiàng)目管理問題,它的項(xiàng)目環(huán)境更偏向于資源不確定性較大的項(xiàng)目。CCPM項(xiàng)目管理提倡在項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中,以動態(tài)管理為核心對整個項(xiàng)目管理流程的進(jìn)行持續(xù)不斷的改進(jìn),是一個循環(huán)遞歸、不斷尋優(yōu)的過程。與傳統(tǒng)理論相比,CCPM在關(guān)鍵鏈排序的基礎(chǔ)上,將各項(xiàng)活動的安全時間集中于項(xiàng)目尾部,構(gòu)造緩沖用于抵消項(xiàng)目的不確定性并保護(hù)著關(guān)鍵鏈,達(dá)到共擔(dān)風(fēng)險的效果。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,IT機(jī)房數(shù)據(jù)中心作為其中重要的業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)中心,提供著眾多穩(wěn)定高效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源及服務(wù)。機(jī)房的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)工程早已成為數(shù)據(jù)中心工程的核心部分,如何能更好的管理IT機(jī)房的建設(shè)也已經(jīng)成了必須重視的一大問題。本文通過研究項(xiàng)目管理中使用關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)的方法,結(jié)合以前學(xué)者的研究成果,把它應(yīng)用于IT機(jī)房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,并提出合理有效的方法及模型,為IT機(jī)房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目提供有力的技術(shù)工具。除此以外,本文通過分析對比傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目管理方式CPM/PERT與關(guān)鍵鏈管理方法CCPM在機(jī)房建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理上的效率差別,總結(jié)得出的結(jié)論說明該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法在IT機(jī)房建設(shè)領(lǐng)域具有較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)價值。
[Abstract]:At present, in many developed countries, project management has been widely used in all walks of life, project management in various fields have been widely recognized and achieved some application results, in many industries, project management bearers play a pivotal role, especially in information engineering, software engineering, production industries. Because of the one-sidedness and inefficiency of traditional project schedule management methods, it is more and more difficult to adapt to the requirements of modern project schedule management. Therefore, this paper chooses the new project management theory of Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM). The essence of CCPM is to overcome the problem of project management with resource constraints, and its project environment is more inclined to projects with greater resource uncertainty. CCPM project management advocates dynamic management as the core of the project implementation process. The continuous improvement of project management process is a process of recursion and optimization. Compared with the traditional theory, CCPM concentrates the safety time of each activity at the end of the project on the basis of the key chain sequencing, and constructs a buffer to offset the uncertainty of the project and protect the key chain, so as to achieve the effect of sharing risks. With the continuous development of the Internet industry, the IT computer room data center, as one of the important business service centers, provides a large number of stable and efficient network resources and services. In this paper, by studying the method of using critical chain technology in project management and combining with the research results of former scholars, we apply it to the construction project of IT computer room, and put forward reasonable and effective methods and models to provide powerful technical tools for the construction project of IT computer room. The efficiency difference between CCPM and CCPM in schedule management of computer room construction project shows that CCPM has high economic value in the field of IT room construction.
