基于MEMS技術(shù)FDM 3D打印機(jī)自適應(yīng)調(diào)平系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:針對熔融沉積成型(FDM)3D打印機(jī)在使用過程中出現(xiàn)的打印模型粘接不牢、翹曲變形和抽絲等問題,基于微電機(jī)系統(tǒng)(MEMS)技術(shù)設(shè)計了一種4點(diǎn)式自適應(yīng)調(diào)平系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用MEMS雙軸傾角傳感器測量打印平臺的傾角以確定位于最高點(diǎn)的調(diào)節(jié)點(diǎn),運(yùn)用調(diào)平算法計算其它3個調(diào)節(jié)點(diǎn)的舉升高度調(diào)節(jié)量,使用機(jī)電式調(diào)平機(jī)構(gòu)采用逐高式調(diào)平方法實(shí)現(xiàn)打印平臺的水平調(diào)節(jié)。研究表明,該系統(tǒng)具有原理簡單,調(diào)平時間短,可靠性高等特點(diǎn),能夠滿足3D打印機(jī)調(diào)平的性能指標(biāo)要求,還可推廣應(yīng)用于其它各類調(diào)平系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:A 4-point adaptive leveling system is designed based on the (MEMS) technology of micro-motor system, aiming at the problems of poor adhesion, warpage and wire drawing of the (FDM) 3D printer. The system uses MEMS biaxial inclination sensor to measure the dip angle of the printing platform to determine the adjustment point at the highest point, and uses the leveling algorithm to calculate the lifting height adjustment quantity of the other three adjustment points. The level adjustment of printing platform is realized by using electromechanical leveling mechanism. The research shows that the system has the characteristics of simple principle, short leveling time and high reliability, which can meet the performance requirements of 3D printer leveling, and can also be popularized in other leveling systems.
