基于嵌入式的自動化溫室大棚監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術的快速發(fā)展,作為農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化重要標志之一的溫室控制系統(tǒng)也面臨著重大的技術改進。為了實時有效的控制溫室環(huán)境,,把工業(yè)上比較成熟的、先進的控制手段引入到農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中。針對目前溫室控制系統(tǒng)中對溫室環(huán)境參數(shù)調節(jié)不夠準確、控制系統(tǒng)成本高、智能化程度低等現(xiàn)狀,本文綜合考慮溫室環(huán)境因素之間的相互影響以及重要因素(溫濕度、二氧化碳濃度)對溫室環(huán)境的影響,設計了基于嵌入式(ARM Advanced RISC Machines)的自動化溫室大棚監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),此設計是利用嵌入式技術對相應的環(huán)境參數(shù)進行采集,一方面可以及時了解作物生長的環(huán)境,并且根據(jù)采集的數(shù)據(jù)與設定值相比較;來控制大棚的遮陽網(wǎng)、噴灑器、天窗等設備進行環(huán)境調節(jié),從而為農(nóng)作物的生長提供適宜的生長環(huán)境;另一方面把采集處理過的數(shù)據(jù)以短信的方式通過GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)網(wǎng)傳送到管理員的手機上,以便對環(huán)境進行監(jiān)視。 本文重點研究了溫室大棚監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件設計。硬件部分設計了以ARM嵌入式微處理器S3C2410為核心的溫室測控系統(tǒng)。硬件電路包括時鐘和復位電路、傳感器電路、執(zhí)行機構電機驅動電路、LCD (LiquidCrystal Display)人機交互電路等。在滿足系統(tǒng)設計要求的前提下,盡可能選擇價格低、功耗低的元器件,以達到降低成本的目的。軟件部分,主要包括微處理器初始化程序,傳感器驅動程序,LCD顯示程序,傳輸信息程序,驅動步進電機以及GPRS發(fā)送信息程序等。 實驗結果表明:本系統(tǒng)根據(jù)作物生長的需要,實現(xiàn)了溫室內溫度、濕度、二氧化碳濃度三種重要環(huán)境參數(shù)變化的自動調節(jié),為作物速生、優(yōu)質、高產(chǎn)提供了良好的生長條件。系統(tǒng)操作方便,用LCD顯示各種參數(shù),為用戶提供溫室內的各種環(huán)境參數(shù)實時變化情況。系統(tǒng)還具有運行可靠,性價比高,便于升級擴充等特點。該自動化溫室大棚監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),應用于農(nóng)作物生產(chǎn)中,能夠很好的對環(huán)境參數(shù)進行調整,保證作物在最佳環(huán)境狀態(tài)下生長,對該設備應用和推廣具有廣泛的實際應用價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern agricultural production technology, the greenhouse control system, one of the important symbols of agricultural modernization, is also facing great technical improvement. In order to control the greenhouse environment in real time and effectively, the more mature and advanced industrial control means are introduced into the agricultural production. In view of the current situation that the adjustment of greenhouse environmental parameters in greenhouse control system is not accurate enough, the cost of control system is high and the degree of intelligence is low, the mutual influence of greenhouse environmental factors and the important factors (temperature and humidity) are considered in this paper. The influence of carbon dioxide concentration on greenhouse environment, an automatic greenhouse monitoring system based on embedded (ARM Advanced RISC Machines) is designed, which uses embedded technology to collect the corresponding environmental parameters. On the one hand, we can understand the environment of crop growth in time, and compare it with the set values according to the collected data; to control the shading net, sprayer, skylight and other equipment in the greenhouse to adjust the environment. On the other hand, the collected and processed data are transmitted to the administrator's mobile phone via GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) network in order to monitor the environment. This paper focuses on the hardware and software design of greenhouse monitoring system. In the hardware part, a greenhouse measurement and control system based on ARM embedded microprocessor S3C2410 is designed. The hardware circuit includes clock and reset circuit, sensor circuit, actuator motor drive circuit and LCD (LiquidCrystal Display) human-computer interaction circuit. In order to reduce the cost, the components with low price and low power consumption can be chosen to meet the requirements of system design. The software part mainly includes microprocessor initialization program, sensor driver program, LCD display program, transmission information program, driving step motor and GPRS sending information program. The experimental results show that the system can automatically adjust the temperature, humidity and concentration of carbon dioxide in greenhouse according to the need of crop growth, and provide good growth conditions for fast growing, high quality and high yield of crops. The system is easy to operate, display various parameters by LCD, and provide users with real-time change of various environmental parameters in greenhouse. The system also has the characteristics of reliable operation, high cost-performance, easy to upgrade and expand, etc. The automatic greenhouse monitoring system is applied to crop production, which can adjust the environmental parameters and ensure the growth of crops in the best environment. It has a wide range of practical application value for the application and promotion of the equipment.
