激光共聚焦掃描顯微鏡對(duì)激光打印文件墨粉厚度的分析研究

【摘要】:使用激光共聚焦掃描顯微鏡,對(duì)六種品牌和型號(hào)的激光打印機(jī)分別在打印紙和高光相紙上打印的圖文墨粉厚度進(jìn)行測(cè)量。結(jié)果表明,測(cè)量普通打印紙張上激光打印形成墨粉厚度時(shí),測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)因紙張纖維凹凸不平的影響有一定波動(dòng),相紙上激光打印形成的墨粉厚度測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,并總結(jié)出隨著打印文件圖文線條寬度與墨粉厚度的變化規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明激光打印文件墨粉厚度的數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量具有可行性,同一臺(tái)激光打印機(jī)的打印文件墨粉厚度相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,該指標(biāo)作為一種重要參數(shù)可以為激光打印文件檢驗(yàn)提供量化依據(jù),并為打印機(jī)的同一認(rèn)定提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Using laser confocal scanning microscope, the thickness of ink and ink printed on printing paper and high-light paper by six brands and models of laser printer were measured. The results show that, when measuring the thickness of toner produced by laser printing on ordinary printed paper, the measured data fluctuate due to the uneven fiber of paper, and the measured data of toner thickness formed by laser printing on paper are relatively stable. The variation law of line width and toner thickness with printing file is summarized. The experimental results show that it is feasible to measure the toner thickness of laser printing files, and the ink thickness of the same laser printer is relatively stable. As an important parameter, this index can provide a quantitative basis for the inspection of laser printing files. And provides the basis for the same recognition of the printer.
