基于GPRS的智能建筑節(jié)能的通訊接口開發(fā)與信息集成研究

【摘要】:在影響智能建筑節(jié)能這方面的諸多因素中,采暖能耗占建筑能耗的比例很大,尤其是中國(guó)北方地區(qū)如黑龍江、烏魯木齊等。國(guó)家“十二五”規(guī)劃的節(jié)能減排要求中,建筑節(jié)能是節(jié)能減排的重要部分之一。根據(jù)新疆“強(qiáng)化建筑節(jié)能減排”要求,原有的建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)滿足不了大局的需求。因此,研究基于GPRS技術(shù)的采暖節(jié)能問題對(duì)智能建筑節(jié)能具有重要意義。 為了更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑節(jié)能,推動(dòng)節(jié)能技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,必須研究分析智能建筑節(jié)能的通訊接口及信息集成技術(shù)問題。本論文中研究提出了基于GPRS技術(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊與不同的過程監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件的兩種不同的接口通訊方法: 方法一:通過采用VB高級(jí)編程語(yǔ)言的DDE功能,研究開發(fā)了阿爾泰GPRS1081R遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊的終端程序。該程序充分利用VB高級(jí)編程語(yǔ)言的靈活性和強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)處理功能,,如DDE(動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)交換)、OLE(對(duì)象連接與嵌入)通信,實(shí)現(xiàn)了與組態(tài)王監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件實(shí)時(shí)通訊。 方法二:因阿爾泰GPRS1081R遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊未提供任何工業(yè)組態(tài)軟件的設(shè)備驅(qū)動(dòng),大大限制了該模塊在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用。因此本論文研究利用VC++高級(jí)編程語(yǔ)言,研究開發(fā)了阿爾泰GPRS1081數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊的組態(tài)軟件設(shè)備驅(qū)動(dòng)程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)了阿爾泰GPRS1081數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊與組態(tài)軟件之間的實(shí)時(shí)通訊。 上述兩種方法都能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)阿爾泰GPRS1081數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊與組態(tài)軟件之間的實(shí)時(shí)通訊,并解決了智能建筑節(jié)能的無(wú)線通信接口問題。 最后設(shè)計(jì)了用基于紫金橋組態(tài)軟件的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)樓采暖遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控模擬測(cè)試系統(tǒng);此系統(tǒng)采用GPRS技術(shù),滿足按需求供應(yīng)的要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)樓的供暖遠(yuǎn)程模擬監(jiān)控。最后通過組態(tài)的WEB發(fā)布功能,把系統(tǒng)各個(gè)畫面發(fā)布到Internet,實(shí)現(xiàn)了計(jì)算機(jī)與GPRS數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊的通訊;這樣可以通過任何可上網(wǎng)的已安裝瀏覽器的計(jì)算機(jī)就可以隨時(shí)隨地了解供暖情況,使工作人員的工作簡(jiǎn)單化。 此模擬測(cè)試系統(tǒng)通過過程控制實(shí)驗(yàn)室的高級(jí)過程實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置進(jìn)行測(cè)試,實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,無(wú)線通信使用在智能建筑節(jié)能這方面,不僅可節(jié)約大量人力、物力,且具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時(shí)為采暖節(jié)能的大規(guī)模化打下基礎(chǔ)。因此GPRS技術(shù)在智能建筑節(jié)能化方面大有發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:Among the factors affecting the energy efficiency of intelligent buildings, heating energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of building energy consumption, especially in northern China, such as Heilongjiang, Urumqi and so on. Building energy saving is one of the important parts of energy saving and emission reduction. According to Xinjiang's requirements of "strengthening building energy saving and emission reduction", the original building energy saving technology can not meet the needs of the overall situation. Therefore, the study of heating energy saving based on GPRS technology is of great significance to intelligent building energy conservation. In order to better realize building energy saving and promote the rapid development of energy saving technology, it is necessary to study and analyze the communication interface and information integration technology of intelligent building energy conservation. In this paper, two different interface communication methods between the data acquisition module based on GPRS technology and different process monitoring configuration software are proposed: method one: the DDE function of VB high-level programming language is adopted. The terminal program of Altai GPRS1081R remote data acquisition module is researched and developed. The program makes full use of the flexibility of VB programming language and powerful data processing function, such as DDE (dynamic data Exchange) Ole (object connection and embedding) communication, and realizes real-time communication with configuration software. Method two: because Altai GPRS1081R remote data acquisition module does not provide any device driver of industrial configuration software, the application of this module in actual production is greatly limited. Therefore, this paper studies and develops the configuration software device driver of Altai GPRS1081 data acquisition module by using VC advanced programming language, and realizes the real-time communication between Altai GPRS1081 data acquisition module and configuration software. These two methods can realize the real-time communication between Altai GPRS1081 data acquisition module and configuration software, and solve the problem of wireless communication interface of intelligent building energy saving. Finally, a remote monitoring and testing system for heating of teaching experimental building based on Zijin Bridge configuration software is designed, which adopts GPRS technology to meet the requirement of supply according to demand, and realizes the remote monitoring and control of heating in teaching experimental building. Finally, through the WEB release function of configuration, each screen of the system is published to Internet, and the communication between computer and GPRS data acquisition module is realized. In this way, any computer that has installed a browser with Internet access can learn about the heating situation anytime, anywhere, and simplify the work of the staff. The simulation test system is tested by the advanced process experiment device in the process control laboratory. The experiment shows that the wireless communication can save a lot of manpower and material resources and have good economic benefit in the aspect of energy saving of intelligent building. At the same time, it lays the foundation for the large scale of heating and energy saving. Therefore, GPRS technology has great development prospects in intelligent building energy conservation.
