基于GPRS的智能建筑節(jié)能的通訊接口開發(fā)與信息集成研究
[Abstract]:Among the factors affecting the energy efficiency of intelligent buildings, heating energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of building energy consumption, especially in northern China, such as Heilongjiang, Urumqi and so on. Building energy saving is one of the important parts of energy saving and emission reduction. According to Xinjiang's requirements of "strengthening building energy saving and emission reduction", the original building energy saving technology can not meet the needs of the overall situation. Therefore, the study of heating energy saving based on GPRS technology is of great significance to intelligent building energy conservation. In order to better realize building energy saving and promote the rapid development of energy saving technology, it is necessary to study and analyze the communication interface and information integration technology of intelligent building energy conservation. In this paper, two different interface communication methods between the data acquisition module based on GPRS technology and different process monitoring configuration software are proposed: method one: the DDE function of VB high-level programming language is adopted. The terminal program of Altai GPRS1081R remote data acquisition module is researched and developed. The program makes full use of the flexibility of VB programming language and powerful data processing function, such as DDE (dynamic data Exchange) Ole (object connection and embedding) communication, and realizes real-time communication with configuration software. Method two: because Altai GPRS1081R remote data acquisition module does not provide any device driver of industrial configuration software, the application of this module in actual production is greatly limited. Therefore, this paper studies and develops the configuration software device driver of Altai GPRS1081 data acquisition module by using VC advanced programming language, and realizes the real-time communication between Altai GPRS1081 data acquisition module and configuration software. These two methods can realize the real-time communication between Altai GPRS1081 data acquisition module and configuration software, and solve the problem of wireless communication interface of intelligent building energy saving. Finally, a remote monitoring and testing system for heating of teaching experimental building based on Zijin Bridge configuration software is designed, which adopts GPRS technology to meet the requirement of supply according to demand, and realizes the remote monitoring and control of heating in teaching experimental building. Finally, through the WEB release function of configuration, each screen of the system is published to Internet, and the communication between computer and GPRS data acquisition module is realized. In this way, any computer that has installed a browser with Internet access can learn about the heating situation anytime, anywhere, and simplify the work of the staff. The simulation test system is tested by the advanced process experiment device in the process control laboratory. The experiment shows that the wireless communication can save a lot of manpower and material resources and have good economic benefit in the aspect of energy saving of intelligent building. At the same time, it lays the foundation for the large scale of heating and energy saving. Therefore, GPRS technology has great development prospects in intelligent building energy conservation.
