環(huán)境保護(hù)局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)中心的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì)信息化發(fā)展迅速,各單位、部門在工作過程中過已產(chǎn)生大量的數(shù)據(jù)信息。然而這些海量的且存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的數(shù)據(jù)并不總能高效、直接便捷的為管理、輔助決策提供相應(yīng)的信息支撐,還需要進(jìn)行大量的數(shù)據(jù)處理工作,,把復(fù)雜的位于各個(gè)不同平臺(tái)的異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)變成基于相同平臺(tái)并且具有相同結(jié)構(gòu)符合最終用戶業(yè)務(wù)邏輯的數(shù)據(jù)信息,進(jìn)而轉(zhuǎn)化為信息和知識(shí),為企業(yè)管理決策分析服務(wù)。圍繞異構(gòu)信息數(shù)據(jù)的處理,產(chǎn)生了大量相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目、產(chǎn)品和課題。環(huán)保行業(yè)經(jīng)過多年積累,各級(jí)環(huán)保組織的信息化建設(shè)工作取得了顯著進(jìn)展,大部分環(huán)境管理業(yè)務(wù)已實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化管理。但由于缺少統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃,各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)間環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)信息不能共享,無法實(shí)現(xiàn)更高級(jí)的數(shù)據(jù)分析應(yīng)用功能,未能實(shí)現(xiàn)信息效益的最大化。構(gòu)建統(tǒng)一的“環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)中心”成為當(dāng)前環(huán)保信息化建設(shè)的核心內(nèi)容和關(guān)鍵所在。 本文的研究內(nèi)容和取得的成果主要體現(xiàn)在以下三個(gè)方面: 首先,進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)資源分析,主要是從不同角度對(duì)環(huán)保領(lǐng)域所涉及的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,梳理數(shù)據(jù)來源,以及整理分析數(shù)據(jù)的收集、加工、關(guān)聯(lián)、整合和應(yīng)用的過程。 其次,是設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)庫和環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)倉庫。研究數(shù)據(jù)中心平臺(tái)對(duì)報(bào)表展示功能、圖形展示功能、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析功能、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘功能等功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)和相關(guān)應(yīng)用的支撐。 最后,是數(shù)據(jù)采集與整合設(shè)計(jì),主要研究電子表單、excle文件數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入、異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)整合、數(shù)據(jù)交換、ETL等技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)采集、交換和整合。設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)采集工具實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)頁方式的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的抓取。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of information technology, various units and departments have already produced a large amount of data information in the process of work. However, these massive and complex data storage structure can not always be efficient, direct and convenient for the management of decision-making to provide the corresponding information support, but also need a lot of data processing work, The complex heterogeneous data located on different platforms can be transformed into data information based on the same platform and with the same structure according to the end-user business logic, and then transformed into information and knowledge, which can serve for enterprise management decision analysis. Around the heterogeneous information data processing, produced a large number of related projects, products and topics. After years of accumulation of environmental protection industry, the informatization construction of environmental protection organizations at all levels has made remarkable progress, most of the environmental management business has realized information management. However, due to the lack of unified planning, the environmental data information can not be shared among the business systems, which can not achieve more advanced functions of data analysis and application, and can not maximize the benefits of information. Constructing a unified environmental data center has become the core content and key of environmental protection information construction. The research contents and achievements of this paper are mainly reflected in the following three aspects: first, the data resource analysis is carried out, mainly from different angles to analyze the data involved in the field of environmental protection, combing the data sources, And the process of data collection, processing, association, integration and application. Secondly, design environment business database and environment data warehouse. This paper studies the data center platform for the report display function, graphics display function, statistical analysis function, data mining function and other functions of the implementation and related applications. Finally, it is the design of data acquisition and integration. It mainly studies the technology of data import, heterogeneous data integration, data exchange and ETL, which can realize data acquisition, exchange and integration. The data acquisition tool is designed to realize the data capture of the web page application system.
