智能光照培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:Light incubator has a broad application prospect in modern agriculture, biology, medicine and other fields. With the development and wide application of embedded technology, embedded illumination culture system with higher degree of intelligence has become the development direction of illumination incubator. In this paper, a new intelligent light culture system is proposed. The system adopts master-slave structure and the main controller can control 1-3 incubators separately or centrally. The main controller uses S5PV210 as the core hardware platform and Linux QT as the software platform of the system. The system integrates SQLite database and apache WEB server. In the incubator, the embedded system with LPC2292 as the MCU is used to communicate with the main system, which is responsible for the detection of environmental parameters and the control of LED lights, image acquisition and so on. RS485 is used to communicate between the main controller and the incubator controller. The main control system uses Linux system and QT as graphical interface to provide better man-machine interaction experience for users. At the same time, the system provides multi-experiment, multi-task setting function, multi-light color LED control, multi-experiment data storage and real-time upload function, remote monitoring and comprehensive system security control. In the aspect of control, the system adopts fuzzy control mode of temperature and humidity. The practical test results show that the system is reliable and stable and can provide a better auxiliary function in the experiment of light culture. It is useful for reference to the new intelligent illumination incubator.
