多通道數(shù)據(jù)存儲器系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, a multi-channel data storage system is designed and developed to meet the requirements of the development of test equipment for aircraft system. The data storage system mainly completes the acquisition and storage of the analog and digital signals of multiple channels during the flight test of an aircraft. After the test, the data collected in the experiment is derived by a data recovery device. This paper first describes the source of the subject, the purpose and significance of the research, and then introduces the research status and development trend of the data storage system at home and abroad. Based on the functional indexes needed for aircraft testing, the principle and implementation of data storage system are described according to the modular design idea, and the research and design of system hardware key technology and system logic key technology are introduced in detail. Finally, the performance index of the data storage system is tested and the further improvement of the system is prospected. The data storage system consists of ground equipment and aircraft equipment. The ground equipment includes a ground integrated test table and a ground adapter; the aircraft equipment includes a collector and a memory. Among them, the ground comprehensive test bench mainly completes the work such as uploading the command from the upper computer, receiving the high-speed data from the equipment on the aircraft, and testing the working condition of the equipment on the aircraft by outputting various programmable analog / digital quantities. The ground adapter is responsible for forwarding the commands and data transmitted by the relay, and accomplishing the function of connecting the fiber optic signal to the twisting cable and the current loop signal at the same time; The acquisition and reception of 31 slow speed analog signals and 1 PCM digital signal are completed. After mixed framing, the data are converted to LVDS serial data and transmitted to the ground equipment. The other way directly into memory storage. The system takes the programmable logic device FPGA as the main controller, provides the interface between the system and the outside world and communicates with the FPGA to exchange commands and data through the interface microcontroller. The whole system hardware integration is high, the function is flexible and variable, the work is reliable. The memory is a storage medium with large capacity and non-volatile memory. The data can be maintained for a long time and the flight parameters can be recorded in the whole process. The data storage system uses the high reliability LVDS link technology to communicate with the ground integrated test system, transmits the instruction from the ground control computer and the real-time data collection and compilation of the high speed transmission, and reads the memory data remotely. In this paper, the main design points and points for attention of setting up high reliability LVDS communication link are introduced in detail. This data storage system has been applied to flight test. At the end of the experiment, the memory was recovered and the data was obtained.
