“云計(jì)算”環(huán)境下軍校信息資源共建共享模式研究

【摘要】:隨著新軍事變革的加劇,軍隊(duì)院校的信息化建設(shè)越來(lái)越受到人們的重視。計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)及多媒體技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展也加快了軍校信息化的進(jìn)程。隨著各軍校信息化工作的不斷推進(jìn)與深化,信息資源的使用不再局限于各系統(tǒng)或部門(mén)自身,資源的共建共享成為必然要求與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。伴隨著軍校信息資源的不斷積累,廣大師生在感受信息化帶來(lái)便利的同時(shí),也出現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)海量攀升、質(zhì)量參差不齊、資源異構(gòu)分布、共享機(jī)制欠缺等問(wèn)題。軍,F(xiàn)有的資源多以學(xué)校和部門(mén)為單位,存在各自為政、重復(fù)建設(shè)、利用率低、平臺(tái)建設(shè)各異、可擴(kuò)展性和通用性差等問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重制約著軍校信息資源的整合力度和共享程度。如何安全高效地優(yōu)化和共享軍校信息資源,,是值得廣泛探討和深入研究的課題。 “云計(jì)算”作為一種新型的信息資源利用方式,具有低成本、超大存儲(chǔ)、高可靠性、高擴(kuò)展性和通用性強(qiáng)等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)!霸朴(jì)算”不僅代表著技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,更代表著一種全新的服務(wù)理念。將“云計(jì)算”應(yīng)用于軍校的信息資源建設(shè),探索基于“云計(jì)算”的軍校信息資源共建共享模式,對(duì)于降低資源建設(shè)成本、提高資源利用效率,最大程度地提高軍校信息資源建設(shè)質(zhì)量和應(yīng)用效果具有積極的指導(dǎo)意義。本研究遵循理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的原則,既從信息資源共享的理論層面論述實(shí)現(xiàn)軍校信息資源共建共享的必要性和可能性,又與實(shí)踐緊密結(jié)合,通過(guò)信息資源整合與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、組建數(shù)據(jù)中心、構(gòu)建軍校信息資源共享云平臺(tái)以及信息資源共建共享機(jī)制,初步形成云計(jì)算環(huán)境下軍校信息資源共建共享模式。本課題的研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括:論述云計(jì)算與軍校信息資源共建共享模式相關(guān)概念、國(guó)內(nèi)外信息資源建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀研究、云計(jì)算在信息資源建設(shè)方面的應(yīng)用實(shí)例研究以及構(gòu)建軍校信息資源共建共享模式。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the new military reform, people pay more and more attention to the information construction of military academies. The rapid development of computer technology, network technology and multimedia technology also speeds up the process of military academy informatization. With the continuous promotion and deepening of the informatization work of military academies, the use of information resources is no longer confined to the systems or departments themselves, so the co-construction and sharing of resources has become an inevitable requirement and development trend. With the continuous accumulation of information resources in military academies, the vast number of teachers and students not only feel the convenience of information technology, but also have problems such as massive data climbing, uneven quality, heterogeneous distribution of resources, lack of sharing mechanism and so on. The existing resources of military academies are mostly based on schools and departments. There are many problems such as self-administration, repeated construction, low utilization ratio, different platform construction, poor expansibility and generality, and so on. These problems seriously restrict the degree of integration and sharing of information resources in military academies. How to optimize and share information resources of military academies safely and efficiently is a subject worthy of extensive discussion and in-depth study. Cloud computing, as a new way of using information resources, has many advantages, such as low cost, large storage, high reliability, high expansibility and versatility. Cloud computing not only represents the progress of technology, but also represents a new concept of service. The application of "cloud computing" to the construction of information resources in military academies, and the exploration of the co-construction and sharing mode of information resources in military academies based on "cloud computing" can reduce the cost of resource construction and improve the efficiency of resource utilization. It is of great significance to improve the construction quality and application effect of information resources in military academies. Following the principle of combining theory with practice, this study not only discusses the necessity and possibility of realizing information resources sharing in military academy from the theoretical level of information resource sharing, but also closely combines with practice, through the integration and standardization of information resources. Setting up data center, constructing cloud platform of information resource sharing of military academy and sharing mechanism of information resource, forming the mode of information resource sharing of military academy under cloud computing environment. The research contents of this subject mainly include: discussing the related concepts of cloud computing and information resources co-construction and sharing mode of military academies, and studying the present situation of information resources construction at home and abroad. The application of cloud computing in the construction of information resources and the construction of military academy information resources co-construction and sharing model.
