基于VMware vSphere的高校數(shù)據(jù)中心虛擬化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:隨著高校信息化建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,高校各應(yīng)用服務(wù)器數(shù)量激增,傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)中心面臨著系統(tǒng)管理復(fù)雜、資源利用率低下、投資回報(bào)不佳、IT適應(yīng)性低、安全控制與數(shù)據(jù)備份困難等諸多問題。如何適應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)的需要和變化,降低成本,提高IT效率成為擺在各高校數(shù)據(jù)中心面前的一大難題。 本文旨在解決上述問題,利用虛擬化技術(shù)幫助高校數(shù)據(jù)中心解決IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施面臨的種種挑戰(zhàn)。論文詳細(xì)論述了高校數(shù)據(jù)中心虛擬化的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并對(duì)虛擬化技術(shù)的理論作了詳盡的分析。在對(duì)某高校數(shù)據(jù)中心虛擬化建設(shè)需求進(jìn)行仔細(xì)分析后,重點(diǎn)闡述了如何根據(jù)其特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)狀,利用VMware vSphere套件來實(shí)現(xiàn)虛擬化的部署,研制出一套適合某高校數(shù)據(jù)中心虛擬化建設(shè)方案,提高信息共享率,消除“信息孤島”,保持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的完整性和準(zhǔn)確性。 數(shù)據(jù)中心虛擬化包括服務(wù)器虛擬化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬化、存儲(chǔ)虛擬化三部分。通過將服務(wù)器虛擬化,可以有效提高其資源利用率,加快部署的速度,提升管理維護(hù)的便捷度,并且可以利用VMotion動(dòng)態(tài)遷移來提高服務(wù)響應(yīng)能力。通過將網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬化,在提高各個(gè)虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間的安全性和可控性的同時(shí),優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu),提升帶寬容量和網(wǎng)絡(luò)速度、降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)投資成本。通過存儲(chǔ)虛擬化,可以有效提高磁盤利用率,加快故障恢復(fù)速度,實(shí)現(xiàn)在一個(gè)SAN網(wǎng)絡(luò)上不同的服務(wù)器之間共享各類數(shù)據(jù)資源,為之后實(shí)現(xiàn)HA功能、DRS功能鋪平了道路。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information construction in colleges and universities, the number of application servers in colleges and universities has increased sharply. Traditional data centers are faced with complex system management, low utilization of resources, poor investment returns and low IT adaptability. Many problems such as security control and data backup are difficult. How to adapt to the needs and changes of business, reduce costs and improve IT efficiency has become a big problem in front of data centers in colleges and universities. This paper aims to solve the above problems and use virtualization technology to help university data centers solve the challenges of IT infrastructure. This paper discusses the development of data center virtualization in colleges and universities in detail, and analyzes the theory of virtualization technology in detail. After analyzing the requirement of virtualization construction in a certain university data center, the paper focuses on how to use VMware vSphere suite to deploy virtualization according to its characteristics and present situation. A set of virtualization scheme suitable for a university data center is developed to improve the information sharing rate, eliminate the "information island", and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the data. Data center virtualization includes server virtualization, network virtualization and storage virtualization. By virtualizing the server, it can effectively improve the resource utilization, speed up the deployment, improve the convenience of management and maintenance, and use the dynamic migration of VMotion to improve the service response ability. By virtualizing the network, we can improve the security and controllability of each virtual network, optimize the network infrastructure, increase the bandwidth capacity and network speed, and reduce the network investment cost. Through storage virtualization, the disk utilization can be improved, the recovery speed can be quickened, and all kinds of data resources can be shared among different servers on a San network, which paves the way for the later realization of HA function and DRS function.
