【摘要】:虛擬化是當(dāng)前信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的熱點(diǎn)技術(shù)之一,其目的是將物理的計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)或組件運(yùn)行在虛擬的環(huán)境中以提高資源使用率。許多企業(yè)在數(shù)據(jù)中心部署了大量服務(wù)器尤其UNIX服務(wù)器以滿足日益復(fù)雜的應(yīng)用和數(shù)據(jù)處理的需要,同時(shí)也面對著運(yùn)營成本高、資源平均使用率低和能源消耗的困擾,因此對服務(wù)器虛擬化十分關(guān)注。UNIX服務(wù)器虛擬化在國內(nèi)還沒有大量普及,可參考的案例少,將有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,本論文的數(shù)據(jù)中心虛擬化研究據(jù)此展開。 HP-UX服務(wù)器是當(dāng)前數(shù)據(jù)中心流行的UNIX服務(wù)器,以其強(qiáng)大的計(jì)算能力和高可靠性被廣為使用。HP IVM(Integrity Virtual Machine)是業(yè)界領(lǐng)先的HP-UX服務(wù)器虛擬化技術(shù)。本論文選取HP-UX服務(wù)器為代表,在深入研究IVM技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過一個(gè)實(shí)際的數(shù)據(jù)中心改造項(xiàng)目對服務(wù)器虛擬化的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了IVM虛擬化部署和應(yīng)用方案,經(jīng)過上線試運(yùn)行和投產(chǎn),成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)期目標(biāo),,具有良好的參考性,對后續(xù)數(shù)據(jù)中心虛擬化的開展,降低運(yùn)維成本以及建設(shè)新一代“綠色數(shù)據(jù)中心”有積極的推動(dòng)意義。 論文首先從CPU、內(nèi)存、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、存儲(chǔ)等方面研究了IVM虛擬化技術(shù)的原理和特性,闡述了如何基于IVM實(shí)現(xiàn)在一臺(tái)物理服務(wù)器上虛擬出多個(gè)相互獨(dú)立的服務(wù)器系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的高效使用。 論文從一個(gè)實(shí)際的數(shù)據(jù)中心改造項(xiàng)目展開。該項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)是解決數(shù)據(jù)中心服務(wù)器持續(xù)增長帶來的問題,同時(shí)降低運(yùn)營成本。經(jīng)過資源評(píng)估和需求分析,論文以虛擬化為導(dǎo)向,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了IVM技術(shù)方案和配置策略。 論文進(jìn)而對以上方案進(jìn)行了深入的細(xì)化使具有可操作性,包括設(shè)計(jì)配置清單,制定部署規(guī)范等,通過安裝、配置、在線遷移等步驟,展示了IVM虛擬化技術(shù)的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。 最后論文從功能測試、遷移測試、性能測試和應(yīng)用測試四個(gè)方面對IVM技術(shù)方案進(jìn)行了測試驗(yàn)證,測試結(jié)果表明IVM配置過程簡單,資源調(diào)整靈活,虛擬機(jī)性能表現(xiàn)和物理機(jī)接近一致,可以滿足當(dāng)前應(yīng)用運(yùn)行的需求。 數(shù)據(jù)中心的虛擬化,不僅建立了動(dòng)態(tài)可適應(yīng)的、靈活高效的虛擬計(jì)算環(huán)境,同時(shí)提供了經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用、快遞部署的設(shè)備資源環(huán)境,既提高了資源利用率,也有效控制了成本,是數(shù)據(jù)中心發(fā)展的方向。一些企業(yè)期待虛擬化,但又對虛擬化技術(shù)心存疑慮,本論文研究的IVM技術(shù)有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性,整體設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方案詳實(shí),驗(yàn)證案例完整,對后續(xù)數(shù)據(jù)中心的虛擬化建設(shè)有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Virtualization is one of the hot technologies in the information industry. The purpose of virtualization is to run the physical computer system or component in the virtual environment to improve the utilization rate of resources. Many enterprises have deployed a large number of servers, especially UNIX servers, in the data center to meet the needs of increasingly complex applications and data processing. At the same time, they are faced with the problems of high operating costs, low average utilization of resources and energy consumption. Therefore, great attention to server virtualization. Unix server virtualization in China has not been a large number of popular, there are few cases to refer to, there will be a broad application prospects, The research of data center virtualization in this paper is carried out. HP-UX server is a popular UNIX server in data center. HP IVM (Integrity Virtual Machine) is a leading HP-UX server virtualization technology for its powerful computing power and high reliability. This paper selects HP-UX server as the representative, on the basis of deeply studying the IVM technology, through a practical data center transformation project to the server virtualization demand, designs the IVM virtualization deployment and the application plan. After running and putting into operation, the expected goal has been successfully realized, which has a good reference value. It has a positive significance to carry out the virtualization of follow-up data center, reduce the cost of operation and maintenance, and build a new generation "green data center". Firstly, this paper studies the principle and characteristics of IVM virtualization technology from CPU, memory, network, storage and so on, and expounds how to realize virtual multiple independent server systems on a physical server based on IVM. To achieve efficient use of resources. The paper starts from a practical data center transformation project. The goal of the project is to address the problems caused by the continued growth of data center servers while reducing operating costs. Through resource assessment and requirement analysis, this paper designs IVM technology scheme and configuration strategy in detail, which is oriented by virtualization. Furthermore, the paper makes the above scheme more detailed and operable, including designing configuration list, formulating deployment specification, and so on. Through the steps of installation, configuration and online migration, this paper shows the concrete implementation process of IVM virtualization technology. Finally, the IVM scheme is tested from four aspects: function test, migration test, performance test and application test. The test results show that the IVM configuration process is simple and the resource adjustment is flexible. The performance of virtual machine is close to that of physical machine, which can meet the requirements of current application. The virtualization of the data center not only establishes a dynamic adaptable, flexible and efficient virtual computing environment, but also provides an economical and practical equipment resource environment, which not only improves the resource utilization ratio, but also effectively controls the cost. Is the development direction of data center. Some enterprises look forward to virtualization, but also have doubts about virtualization technology. The IVM technology studied in this paper has strong practicability, the overall design and implementation scheme is detailed, and the verification case is complete. For the subsequent data center virtualization construction has certain reference significance.
