【摘要】:如今人們的生活越來(lái)越依賴電能,因此,對(duì)電網(wǎng)電力參數(shù)的監(jiān)測(cè)就顯得非常重要。本文所述的電力監(jiān)測(cè)裝置是一種多功能電力參數(shù)測(cè)量?jī)x表,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。 本裝置以飛利浦公司推出的高性能低功耗的LPC2214芯片和ADI公司的專用電能計(jì)量芯片ADE7878為核心,其中LPC2214芯片主要完成對(duì)ADE7878芯片的電力參數(shù)測(cè)量值的讀取,電壓電流瞬時(shí)波形的采集與諧波分析、人機(jī)交互和其他監(jiān)控功能。此外,裝置帶有RS485通信接口,能夠方便的與上位機(jī)進(jìn)行本地和遠(yuǎn)程通信。ADE7878實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的采集并進(jìn)行有功、無(wú)功及視在功率,有功能量以及無(wú)功能量,電壓、電流有效值計(jì)算等。 本論文首先介紹了電力計(jì)量的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外常見的電力監(jiān)測(cè)裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了綜述,接著闡述了基本電力參數(shù)的測(cè)量原理,然后詳細(xì)介紹了多功能電力監(jiān)測(cè)裝置的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì),給出了總體設(shè)計(jì)方案、詳細(xì)的硬件原理圖和軟件設(shè)計(jì)流程圖。其中,硬件設(shè)計(jì)包括采樣電路、電源電路、核心電路和顯示電路等,軟件系統(tǒng)是以嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)μC/OS-Ⅱ?yàn)楹诵?將其移植到LPC2214處理器上。最后對(duì)裝置各個(gè)功能模塊做了初步整合,采用三相精準(zhǔn)測(cè)試電源對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)裝置進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)論證,通過實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)表明該裝置具有較高的測(cè)量精度,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)和穩(wěn)定的工作,達(dá)到了預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, people depend more and more on electric energy, so it is very important to monitor power parameters. The power monitoring device described in this paper is a kind of multifunctional power parameter measuring instrument, which can monitor the running state of power network in real time. The device is based on Philips LPC2214 chip with high performance and low power consumption and ADE7878 from ADI company, in which LPC2214 chip mainly reads the power parameter measurement value of ADE7878 chip. Voltage and current instantaneous waveform acquisition and harmonic analysis, man-machine interaction and other monitoring functions. In addition, the device has RS485 communication interface, which can conveniently communicate with the host computer for local and remote communication. ADE7878 can collect and carry out active power, reactive power and apparent power, active power and reactive energy, and reactive energy and voltage. Calculation of effective value of current, etc. This paper first introduces the development of electric power metering, summarizes the structure of common power monitoring devices at home and abroad, and then expounds the measuring principle of basic power parameters. Then the hardware design and software design of the multifunctional power monitoring device are introduced in detail. The overall design scheme, the detailed hardware schematic diagram and the software design flow chart are given. The hardware design includes sampling circuit, power supply circuit, core circuit and display circuit.
