片劑生產型三維打印設備關鍵技術研究

【摘要】:在生產實踐中,對片劑生產型系統(tǒng)有著廣泛的需求,如醫(yī)學上的藥片生產、煙草行業(yè)濾嘴生產、電子行業(yè)的小型器件生產等。采用傳統(tǒng)方式很難制造具有復雜結構的小型片劑,將三維打印技術應用于制造有復雜結構的小型片劑,具有巨大的發(fā)展前景和意義。要實現(xiàn)三維打印技術的生產化,需研究生產型三維打印設備中的幾項關鍵技術STL分層填充軟件、噴射溶液配方、粉材配方、工藝參數(shù)以及缺陷分析,以使得三維打印設備能夠達到生產化、工業(yè)化的要求。 本文在自主研發(fā)的三維打印試驗設備上進行三維打印工藝研究,試驗設備采用Xaar128/80噴頭作為打印噴頭。分析了STL文件的特性以及三維打印設備對數(shù)據(jù)格式的要求,研究了STL文件分層及填充算法。采用切平面與三角面片求交的方法對STL文件進行分層,并采用掃描線填充方法對輪廓進行填充。在分析研究了三維打印成型機理的基礎上,研發(fā)了能夠用于食品領域的材料配方。針對不同的配方進行打印實驗,獲得了較好的成型件。通過對成型件的宏觀和微觀分析,比較了不同配方對成型件的影響。通過實驗分析研究了三維打印的工藝參數(shù)噴墨量、層厚、成型時間、噴頭距粉材距離以及環(huán)境條件等,并設定了合適的范圍。針對三維打印過程中出現(xiàn)的缺陷表面模糊、翹曲、破碎,分析了其產生原因,并提出了改進方案。 通過在自主研發(fā)的三維打印設備上進行實驗,得出了基本符合需求的樣品。表明本研究內容已經滿足達到了片劑生產型設備的需求。對三維打印技術在片劑生產化領域的發(fā)展具有較大的意義。
[Abstract]:In the production practice, there is a wide demand for tablet production system, such as medical tablet production, tobacco industry filter production, electronics industry small device production. It is very difficult to manufacture small tablets with complex structure by traditional methods. It is of great development prospect and significance to apply 3D printing technology to manufacture small tablets with complex structures. In order to realize the production of 3D printing technology, it is necessary to study several key technologies in the production 3D printing equipment, such as STL layering and filling software, spray solution formula, powder formula, process parameters and defect analysis. So that the 3D printing equipment can meet the requirements of production and industrialization. In this paper, the 3D printing process is studied on the developed 3D printing test equipment. Xaar 128 / 80 nozzle is used as the printing nozzle. This paper analyzes the characteristics of STL files and the requirements of 3D printing equipment for data format, and studies the algorithm of STL file layering and filling. The STL file is stratified by the intersection of the tangent plane and the triangle slice, and the contour is filled by the scanning line filling method. On the basis of analyzing and studying the three-dimensional printing forming mechanism, the material formula which can be used in the field of food was developed. The printing experiments were carried out for different formulations, and good moulding parts were obtained. The effects of different formulations on the molded parts were compared by macroscopical and microcosmic analysis. The technological parameters of 3D printing, such as the amount of ink jet, the thickness of the layer, the forming time, the distance from the nozzle to the powder and the environmental conditions, were studied by experiments, and the appropriate range was set. In view of the surface blur, warping and breaking of the defects in the process of 3D printing, the causes of the defects are analyzed, and an improved scheme is put forward. Through the experiments on the self-developed three-dimensional printing equipment, the samples which basically meet the requirements are obtained. The results show that the content of this study has met the demand of tablet production equipment. It has great significance for the development of three-dimensional printing technology in the field of tablet production.
