基于TMS320F2808的并網(wǎng)雙向逆變器的研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,人口的增多,地球上的不可再生能源已經(jīng)滿足不了人們對能源的需求了。尋找新能源、開發(fā)研究可再生能源代替不可再生能源已經(jīng)成為趨勢,太陽能、風(fēng)能、生物能的利用已經(jīng)取得了一些喜人的成績,利用這些新能源在人們的日常生活中隨處可見,部分取代了那些不可再生的能源。我國人口眾多,人均能源消耗雖然很低,但能源需求增長的壓力很大,能源供應(yīng)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的矛盾十分突出,在開發(fā)利用可再生能源的選擇的同時(shí),大力提高能源效率也是一個(gè)重要的戰(zhàn)略選擇。 本文首先介紹了一種雙向逆變器的電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),并給出了并網(wǎng)雙向逆變器的基于前饋解耦的SVPWM(空間電壓矢量技術(shù))的MATLAB的仿真模型,通過對仿真出的波形的分析,從而驗(yàn)證了控制策略的可行性和正確性。然后介紹了所選用的DSP2808控制芯片的結(jié)構(gòu)、DSP的CCS3.3集成開發(fā)環(huán)境、TMS320F2808芯片為控制核心的核心電路板、調(diào)理板、驅(qū)動(dòng)電路板的設(shè)計(jì)等,其中我們重點(diǎn)介紹了核心控制板和信號調(diào)理板的設(shè)計(jì),并對其設(shè)計(jì)的各個(gè)模塊給出了詳細(xì)的介紹。最后為了滿足并網(wǎng)雙向逆變配電系統(tǒng)對一些實(shí)時(shí)性的要求,選擇了一款源碼公開、操作簡單、實(shí)時(shí)性很好的嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)μC/OS-Ⅱ作為雙向逆變器的軟件系統(tǒng)并成功將其移植到TMS320F2808處理器上,同時(shí)還給出了軟件設(shè)計(jì)的整體思路和控制流程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy and the increase of population, the non-renewable energy on the earth can no longer meet the demand for energy. It has become a trend to search for new energy and develop renewable energy instead of non-renewable energy. The use of solar, wind and bio-energy has made some gratifying achievements, and the use of these new sources of energy can be seen everywhere in people's daily lives. Partly replacing the non-renewable sources of energy. Our country has a large population and low per capita energy consumption, but the pressure of energy demand growth is very great. The contradiction between energy supply and economic development is very prominent. Improving energy efficiency is also an important strategic choice. This paper first introduces the circuit topology of a bidirectional inverter, and presents the MATLAB simulation model of grid-connected bi-directional inverter based on feedforward decoupling SVPWM (space voltage vector technology). The feasibility and correctness of the control strategy are verified. Then, the structure of DSP2808 control chip is introduced. The CCS3.3 integrated development environment of DSP, TMS320F2808 chip is used as the core control circuit board, conditioning board, driving circuit board design, etc. We focus on the design of the core control board and signal conditioning board, and give a detailed description of the design of each module.
