【摘要】:安全是煤礦生產(chǎn)永恒的主題。井下通信系統(tǒng)是礦井生產(chǎn)調(diào)度及安全維護中重要組成部分,而高效、實時、通暢的井下通信對于保證井下安全生產(chǎn)具有舉足輕重的作用。同時隨著井下采掘面的不斷擴大,傳統(tǒng)通信方式的施工、維護和有線接入點數(shù)量等受到了嚴重限制。鑒于以上,研究一種井下移動通信終端是一項有意義的工作。 本文來源于具體的項目“KJP100礦井移動目標安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)綜合業(yè)務(wù)平臺”。在充分分析目前礦井安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的前提下,深入研究了SIP(SessionInitiationProtocol)協(xié)議并結(jié)合嵌入式技術(shù),提出了基于SIP協(xié)議的井下移動通信方案。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容有: 1.論述了目前井下通信的現(xiàn)狀,并深入分析了SIP協(xié)議的有關(guān)原理與消息機制、以及信令處理等一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。重點研究了SIP事務(wù)狀態(tài)機管理機制及其會話的流程。 2.重點分析和驗證了SIP協(xié)議應(yīng)用于井下移動通信的可行性,同時搭建了以ARM9的S3C2410為核心、移植開源的Linux為操作系統(tǒng)的軟硬件平臺。并結(jié)合SIP協(xié)議和項目的具體需求提出了通信終端軟件的總體設(shè)計方案,,并根據(jù)該方案完成了軟件的開發(fā)工作。 3.根據(jù)設(shè)計目標對本終端與PC端間的移動、會話等多方面的性能進行測試,驗證本終端設(shè)計思路與開發(fā)方案的合理性和正確性。
[Abstract]:Safety is the eternal theme of coal mine production. Underground communication system is an important part of mine production scheduling and safety maintenance, and efficient, real-time, smooth underground communication plays an important role in ensuring downhole safe production. At the same time, the construction of traditional communication mode, maintenance and the number of wired access points are severely restricted with the expansion of underground excavating surface. In view of the above, it is meaningful to study a kind of underground mobile communication terminal. This paper comes from the specific project KJP100 mine moving target security monitoring system integrated business platform. Based on the full analysis of the present mine safety monitoring system, the SIP session initiation Protocol (SIP) protocol is studied in depth, and a scheme of underground mobile communication based on SIP protocol is put forward in combination with embedded technology. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. This paper discusses the present situation of underground communication, and deeply analyzes the principle and message mechanism of SIP protocol, as well as some key technologies such as signaling processing and so on. This paper focuses on the management mechanism of SIP transaction state machine and its session flow. 2. The feasibility of application of SIP protocol in underground mobile communication is analyzed and verified. At the same time, a hardware and software platform is built based on ARM9 S3C2410 and porting open source Linux as operating system. According to the SIP protocol and the specific requirements of the project, the overall design scheme of the communication terminal software is put forward, and the software development work is completed according to the scheme. According to the design goal, the performance of the terminal and the PC terminal is tested, and the rationality and correctness of the design idea and the development scheme are verified.
