基于MSP430單片機的搏擊訓(xùn)練器設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著人們生活水平的日益提高,運動健身越來越受到人們的重視。由于時間和空間的限制,健身房成了越來越多城市人民的健身選擇。單一功能的健身器材已不能滿足人們的健身需要,基于飛速發(fā)展的計算機技術(shù)對健身器材的不斷改進與創(chuàng)新也就成了一種必然趨勢,F(xiàn)有的的搏擊訓(xùn)練器材在測試過程中僅用于測試人的拳擊力度大小,測試功能單一。本設(shè)計是基于MSP430的搏擊訓(xùn)練器綜合測試系統(tǒng),功能多,可以完成對人的出拳反應(yīng)時間,出拳速度和拳擊力度大小的測量。彌補了現(xiàn)有搏擊訓(xùn)練器的不足,為使用者提供了一種綜合多功能鍛煉和測試平臺。 搏擊訓(xùn)練器綜合測試系統(tǒng)主要由MSP430單片機、HC-SR04超聲波傳感器模塊、MPS20N1000D-S氣壓傳感器模塊、SC63X75汽缸和12864液晶模塊組成。MSP430單片機定時器完成反應(yīng)時間的測量;超聲波傳感器配合定時器完成速度的測量;拳力測量由氣壓傳感器完成;液晶用于顯示測量數(shù)據(jù)。除此之外,,搏擊訓(xùn)練器還通過nRF24L01無線通信模塊與上位機相連,將用戶測試信息上傳,用計算機以數(shù)據(jù)庫的形式進行保存、顯示與管理。本文首先介紹了設(shè)計中用到的軟件和硬件,再詳細闡述了硬件電路的設(shè)計和軟件程序流程。其中對傳感器采集信息過程中可能出現(xiàn)的誤差進行了分析與調(diào)整。通過搏擊訓(xùn)練器的優(yōu)化設(shè)置方案,合理選材,合理設(shè)計工作流程,做到了鍛煉和測試的全方位關(guān)懷。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to sports and fitness. Due to time and space constraints, gym has become a fitness choice for more and more urban people. The single function fitness equipment can not meet the needs of people's fitness. The continuous improvement and innovation of fitness equipment based on the rapid development of computer technology has become an inevitable trend. The existing combat training equipment is only used to test the strength of boxing in the process of testing, the test function is single. This design is based on MSP430 combat training comprehensive testing system, with many functions, can complete the measurement of people's reaction time, boxing speed and boxing strength. To make up for the deficiency of the existing combat training equipment, This system is composed of MSP430 single chip microcomputer, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor module, MPS20N1000D-S pressure sensor module, SC63X75 cylinder and 12864 liquid crystal module. The timer of the chip machine completed the measurement of the reaction time; Ultrasonic sensor with timer to complete the measurement of speed; fist force measurement by the pressure sensor; liquid crystal used to display measurement data. In addition, the combat trainer is connected to the upper computer through the nRF24L01 wireless communication module. The user test information is uploaded and stored by computer in the form of database, which is displayed and managed. This paper first introduces the software and hardware used in the design, and then describes the design of the hardware circuit and the software program flow in detail. The possible errors in the process of collecting information by sensors are analyzed and adjusted. Through the optimized setting scheme of fight training device, reasonable material selection and reasonable design of work flow, the omnibearing care of exercise and test is achieved.
