【摘要】:鼠標(biāo)在人機(jī)交互產(chǎn)品中作為工作、生活常用常見的產(chǎn)品類型,在我們的日常生活和工作實(shí)踐中扮演著非常重要的角色。隨著80后、90后的長(zhǎng)大,中國(guó)進(jìn)入歷史上第三個(gè)消費(fèi)頂峰,消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)也隨著80后、90后的消費(fèi)習(xí)慣的改變發(fā)生了歷史性的變化,從數(shù)量上看,目前80后、90后年齡段的消費(fèi)人群已達(dá)到3億多,其消費(fèi)潛力巨大[1]。鼠標(biāo)作為一款普及度和使用頻率非常高的人機(jī)交互產(chǎn)品,在產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)方面也發(fā)生了很大的改變?萍汲始铀俣劝l(fā)展的現(xiàn)象,在鼠標(biāo)這么一個(gè)“小”產(chǎn)品身上得到了驗(yàn)證,這個(gè)小產(chǎn)品成為影響人們電子產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)的一個(gè)非常重要的人機(jī)交互產(chǎn)品。怎么才能開發(fā)出成功的可用性高人機(jī)交互產(chǎn)品呢?這是一直困饒著企業(yè)的難題,而設(shè)計(jì)師和設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)一直在努力破解并得到一些成果,在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)前期,能否制定和下達(dá)一個(gè)切實(shí)可行、有針對(duì)性的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書非常關(guān)鍵。而在眾多方案里,選出最合適生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品無(wú)論是對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)還是企業(yè)決策者都不是件容易的事情。決策上的錯(cuò)誤很可能導(dǎo)致災(zāi)難性的市場(chǎng)結(jié)果,因?yàn)橛脩舻亩鄻有?評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的多樣性給設(shè)計(jì)師帶來非常大的不確定性,一直以來,設(shè)計(jì)師需要去總結(jié)出一些標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以便于對(duì)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)或者來用之來衡量概念的可行性,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是什么,評(píng)價(jià)如何量化是關(guān)鍵[2] “設(shè)計(jì)驅(qū)動(dòng)創(chuàng)新”,在意大利北部的倫巴第地區(qū),有很多像阿萊西這樣的公司,如燈具制造商佛洛斯和阿特米德、家具制造商Kartell等等,它們共同構(gòu)成了一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)圈,它們的產(chǎn)品有著鮮明的特色,比如Kartell有一款叫“書蟲”的書架產(chǎn)品,能夠按照顧客的意愿彎成他們想要的形狀;阿特米德公司發(fā)明了一款隱形燈,它發(fā)出的是彩色環(huán)境光,并且可以讓房間主人根據(jù)心情用遙控器改變光線。倫巴第設(shè)計(jì)圈的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)給我們思考如何創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)有很大的啟發(fā)。產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新,在于設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新,設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新在于設(shè)計(jì)方法、設(shè)計(jì)流程的創(chuàng)新,本文以鼠標(biāo)的人機(jī)交互為切入點(diǎn),研究以產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展、深入,運(yùn)用了認(rèn)知心理學(xué)、產(chǎn)品語(yǔ)義學(xué)、設(shè)計(jì)藝術(shù)學(xué)、價(jià)值工程學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,從產(chǎn)品的易用性和易理解性做為分析角度,研究構(gòu)成產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)體系的方法,以及以設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)推進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐展開的方法。本文的中心就是以“以產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)引導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)”,核心內(nèi)容是創(chuàng)建評(píng)價(jià)體系,在對(duì)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)中找出不足和設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵詞,并通過評(píng)價(jià)推動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)走向完善。從新型鼠標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā),以設(shè)計(jì)流程程為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用、認(rèn)知心理學(xué)、設(shè)計(jì)藝術(shù)學(xué)、產(chǎn)品語(yǔ)義學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,圍繞新型鼠標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)心理學(xué)與產(chǎn)品語(yǔ)義學(xué)進(jìn)行易理解性與易用性分析研究,運(yùn)用設(shè)計(jì)程序?qū)W與人機(jī)工程學(xué)方法及理論,形成一套有效的引導(dǎo)新型鼠標(biāo)產(chǎn)品從設(shè)計(jì)初步到設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,形成有效設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)以引導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)完善的方法。理論研究與實(shí)踐應(yīng)用表明,一套有效的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估方法,對(duì)人機(jī)交互產(chǎn)品(如鼠標(biāo))的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)具有積極作用。 圍繞鼠標(biāo)人機(jī)交互設(shè)計(jì)與評(píng)價(jià)方法任務(wù)展開,采用由具體到抽象,最后通過抽象再指導(dǎo)具體,通過產(chǎn)品案例分析的對(duì)比展開,獲得人機(jī)交互鼠標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì)方法和評(píng)價(jià)方法的表現(xiàn)表達(dá)方式,再求同存異,歸納總結(jié)其中規(guī)律,構(gòu)建理論框架,最后將構(gòu)建的理論框架用到具體的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中。 通過評(píng)價(jià),一步一步的展開對(duì)比分析,研究不同產(chǎn)品在易用性和易理解性方面的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),逐步加深對(duì)產(chǎn)品易用性和易理解性方面對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的影響,抽絲剝繭,去除干擾因素,解構(gòu)出“以用戶體驗(yàn)為中心”的設(shè)計(jì)核心下,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的思維方向,設(shè)定三維對(duì)比分析關(guān)系標(biāo)準(zhǔn),衡量設(shè)計(jì)的得失,指向設(shè)計(jì)最終要發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵概念。 設(shè)計(jì)的概念再通過層層的分析推進(jìn),研究不同技術(shù)條件對(duì)于產(chǎn)品造型的影響,然后結(jié)合對(duì)比分析評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,指向最終合理的造型設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)特征。這就是本文所要描述的,從設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)到設(shè)計(jì)展開的思維和推進(jìn)方法。理論研究對(duì)實(shí)踐應(yīng)用起著重要的指導(dǎo)性關(guān)系表明,一套對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)有效的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估方法,對(duì)人機(jī)交互鼠標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)具有積極作用。
[Abstract]:The mouse plays a very important role in our daily life and work practice, which is often used as a common product type in human computer interaction products. With the post-80s generation, after the growth of the post-90s, China has entered the third peak in history, and the consumption structure has changed historically after 80. This is a difficult problem that has been stranded by the enterprise, and the designers and design teams have been trying to crack and get some results. In the early stage of product design and development, it is critical to make and deliver a practical, targeted design task book. In many schemes, it is not easy to choose the most suitable production products, either for the design team or the enterprise decision maker. The error in decision making is likely to lead to disastrous Market results. The diversity of the user, the diversity of the evaluation standards brings great uncertainty to the designer, and the designer has always needed to sum up some standards to evaluate the existing products or to measure the feasibility of the concept, what is the standard, and the evaluation of what quantification is the key [2]
"Design driven innovation", in the Lombardy region of northern Italy, there are many companies like Laixi, such as lamps maker Flores and atmead, furniture manufacturer Kartell and so on, which together form a design circle with distinctive features, such as Kartell, a bookshelf called "bookworm". The successful experience in the Lombardy design circle gives us great inspiration for thinking about how to innovate the design. In the design innovation, the innovation of the design lies in the design method and the innovation of the design process. This article takes the human computer interaction of the mouse as the breakthrough point, and studies the development of the product design by the product design evaluation. It uses cognitive psychology, product semantics, design art, value engineering and other related theories, from the usability and understanding of the product. The center of this paper is to create a product design evaluation system. The core content of this paper is to create an evaluation system, and to find out the key words which are inadequate and designed in the evaluation of the product. From the design of the new mouse, the design process is the research object, the application, the cognitive psychology, the design art, the product semantics and other related theories, and the design of the new mouse and the analysis of the design psychology and the product semantics, and the application of the design procedure. The method and theory of ergonomics and ergonomics form an effective way to guide new mouse products from the preliminary design to the design practice, to form an effective design evaluation to guide the design. The concept of design is further promoted by layer analysis, and the influence of different technical conditions on product modeling is studied, and then combined with comparison and analysis of evaluation results, the final reasonable detail features of modeling design are pointed out. This is the thinking and advancing methods which are described in this article, from design evaluation to design. The theoretical research is applied to practice. The important guiding relationship shows that a set of effective design evaluation methods for product design has a positive effect on the design and development of human-machine interaction mouse.
