【摘要】:生產線噴碼機在制造、加工、包裝工業(yè)生產中充當著重要一個角色,在批量、外形不規(guī)則的產品中的外包裝生產中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。目前的噴碼打印機存在功能單一,噴印質量不高,可靠性低,維護成本高等問題,很大程度上限制了產品多樣化、多元化方向的發(fā)展。此外,效率的低下,以及假冒偽劣產品的出現(xiàn),也把對高性能、更高用戶體驗的噴碼機的需求提上了日程。針對以上問題,本文結合嵌入式技術,開展了通用性較強的生產線噴碼打印系統(tǒng)的研究,并結合嵌入式平臺的可延展性,設計了一種可靠性強、精度高的噴碼打印系統(tǒng)。 本文首先介紹了生產線噴碼打印機國內外的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,分析了我國在噴碼打印行業(yè)存在的一些問題和弊端,提出了對新型噴碼打印系統(tǒng)的具體需求。針對需求分析,結合嵌入式技術,提出了高性能、高精度的噴碼打印機硬件系統(tǒng)的設計思路。 然后根據(jù)平臺化設計的思想,采用主板和接口擴展板的組合模式實現(xiàn)嵌入式的噴碼打印硬件平臺化設計,并根據(jù)包裝行業(yè)的實際需求,依據(jù)平臺化設計思路,劃分系統(tǒng)硬件功能模塊,搭建系統(tǒng)平臺。 接著圍繞MIPS構架下的嵌入式處理器AU1250進行主板硬件平臺設計,詳細闡述包括中央處理器模塊,存儲模塊,上下位機通訊模塊和墨路系統(tǒng)模塊等核心組件的設計,并針對具有普遍意義的噴碼打印功能需求,進行擴展板上的設計,以及信號輸入輸出模塊的設計,系統(tǒng)內外部信號的監(jiān)測和檢測模塊設計等等。 最后分析闡述硬件設計中的信號完整性、EMC等問題,提出了解決方案,,保證了系統(tǒng)的可靠性,并描述了噴碼打印機功能和性能測試的結果。
[Abstract]:The production line inkjet printer plays an important role in manufacturing, processing and packaging industry, and plays an important role in the outer packaging production of batch and irregular products. At present, the problems of single function, low quality, low reliability and high maintenance cost limit the development of product diversification and diversification. In addition, inefficiency and the emergence of fake products also put the demand for high performance, higher user experience inkjet printer on the agenda. In view of the above problems, this paper combines the embedded technology, carries out the research of the production line spray code printing system with strong generality, and combines the extensibility of the embedded platform, designs a kind of high reliability and high precision inkjet code printing system. This paper first introduces the research status and development trend of the production line inkjet code printer at home and abroad, analyzes some problems and disadvantages existing in our country's inkjet code printing industry, and puts forward the specific requirements for the new type of inkjet code printing system. According to the requirement analysis and the embedded technology, the design idea of the high performance and high precision hardware system of the printer is put forward. Then, according to the thought of platform design and the combination mode of main board and interface extension board, the embedded design of spray code printing hardware platform is realized, and according to the actual demand of packaging industry, according to the thought of platform design, Partition the system hardware function module, build the system platform. Then the main board hardware platform is designed around the embedded processor AU1250 under the MIPS framework. The design of the core components including the central processor module, the storage module, the communication module of the upper and lower computer and the ink path system module are described in detail. In order to meet the requirements of the general function of inkjet code printing, the design of the expansion board, the design of the signal input and output module, the monitoring and detection module of the internal and external signals of the system, and so on, are carried out. Finally, the problems of signal integrity and EMC in hardware design are analyzed, and a solution is proposed to ensure the reliability of the system. The test results of the function and performance of the printer are described.
