基于嵌入式技術(shù)的老年健康服務(wù)平臺(tái)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:目前,人口老齡化形勢(shì)日趨嚴(yán)峻,老齡化問題日漸突出,我國出現(xiàn)了很多的8-4-2-1家庭結(jié)構(gòu)。子女在照顧老人和孩子的同時(shí),還要做好自己的工作,對(duì)老人的照顧成為一個(gè)很大的問題,因此發(fā)展老年人健康服務(wù)事業(yè)已迫在眉睫。老年健康監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)重點(diǎn)是能夠及時(shí)了解老人的健康狀況,并且在出現(xiàn)危險(xiǎn)時(shí)及時(shí)施救,有利于子女對(duì)老年人的關(guān)心照顧,能有效緩解人口老齡化所帶來的一些矛盾和問題。 本課題依托“山東省科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目——《基于機(jī)器人的智能家居遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療保健監(jiān)護(hù)平臺(tái)研究》(No.2009GG10001011)”,對(duì)老年人生理參數(shù)的采集及無線遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)汝P(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,利用傳感器技術(shù)和嵌入式技術(shù),結(jié)合GPS定位、藍(lán)牙、GPRS通訊、TCP/IP、數(shù)據(jù)庫等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了老年健康信息及定位信息的采集、處理、上傳和存儲(chǔ),搭建了一個(gè)完整的軟硬件和上位機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)庫相結(jié)合的老年健康監(jiān)護(hù)平臺(tái)。該系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)能夠提供實(shí)時(shí)有效的健康信息和定位信息,為老年人的醫(yī)療救助提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,旨在為老年人提供良好的監(jiān)護(hù)環(huán)境以及和諧、舒適、愉悅的生活條件和氛圍。 本文首先介紹了老年健康監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)的研究背景、意義及國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。并且構(gòu)建了由穿戴式心率血氧檢測(cè)單元、定位信息采集單元、數(shù)據(jù)分析處理單元、GPRS數(shù)據(jù)傳輸單元及監(jiān)護(hù)中心組成的系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),其中心率血氧檢測(cè)單元根據(jù)動(dòng)脈搏動(dòng)期間光吸收量的變化,利用MSP430F2132計(jì)算脈動(dòng)所吸收的兩種光譜的比率,通過定標(biāo)得出心率血氧值,并采用無線藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)傳輸技術(shù);定位采用GPSGSM雙重定位機(jī)制;數(shù)據(jù)分析處理單元采用MSP430F149為主控制器,對(duì)生理參數(shù)及定位信息數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理后形成數(shù)據(jù)幀,然后通過GPRS發(fā)送到遠(yuǎn)程健康監(jiān)護(hù)中心。監(jiān)護(hù)中心可以對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行查詢,實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)等,并采用ACCESS數(shù)據(jù)庫對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明本系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)先说纳韰?shù)及位置信息進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù)。 該平臺(tái)各單元均具有開放式接口和式協(xié)議,為其他生理監(jiān)護(hù)設(shè)備提供了有好的接口,最終構(gòu)建一個(gè)老年健康監(jiān)護(hù)的綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái),使醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)水平上了新的臺(tái)階。
[Abstract]:At present, the situation of population aging is becoming more and more serious, and the aging problem is becoming more and more prominent. There are many 8-4-2-1 family structures in China. While children take care of the old people and children, they should do their own work well. It is a big problem to take care of the elderly, so it is urgent to develop the health service for the elderly. The emphasis of the health monitoring system for the elderly is to understand the health status of the elderly in time, and to rescue them in case of danger, which is beneficial to the care of their children to the elderly, and can effectively alleviate some contradictions and problems brought about by the aging of the population. Based on "Shandong Province Science and Technology Research Project -" Research on Intelligent Home Telemedicine Monitoring platform based on Robot "No. 2009GG10001011), the key technologies such as the collection of physiological parameters of the elderly and wireless remote data transmission are studied. The collection, processing, uploading and storage of health information and location information for the elderly are realized by using sensor technology and embedded technology, combined with GPS positioning, Bluetooth GPRS communication and TCP / IP, database, etc. Build a complete software and hardware and host computer database combined with the elderly health monitoring platform. The system platform can provide real time and effective health information and location information, provide data support for medical assistance of the elderly, and aim at providing a good monitoring environment and harmonious, comfortable and pleasant living conditions and atmosphere for the elderly. This paper first introduces the research background, significance and development status of the health monitoring system for the elderly. The system platform consists of wearable heart rate and oxygen detection unit, location information acquisition unit, data analysis and processing unit, GPRS data transmission unit and monitoring center. According to the changes of light absorption during arterial pulsation, the ratio of two spectra absorbed by pulsation is calculated by MSP430F2132, the value of heart rate and oxygen is obtained by calibration, and wireless Bluetooth data transmission technology is used. The positioning adopts GPSGSM dual positioning mechanism, and the data analysis and processing unit uses MSP430F149 as the main controller, after analyzing and processing the physiological parameters and location information data, the data frame is formed, and then sent to the remote health monitoring center through GPRS. Monitoring center can query data, real-time detection, and use ACCESS database to store data. Experiments show that the system can track the physiological parameters and position information of the elderly in real time and realize remote monitoring. Each unit of the platform has open interface and type protocol, which provides a good interface for other physiological monitoring equipment. Finally, a comprehensive service platform for elderly health care is constructed, which makes the level of medical and health care service to a new level.
