【摘要】:劃時(shí)代的移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)革命剛剛拉開序幕,它將成為未來10年改變并主導(dǎo)我們生活和工作的核心力量。確認(rèn)無疑,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是個(gè)豐富的寶藏,從終端制造、網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營、內(nèi)容服務(wù)、軟件開發(fā)商等紛紛加入行列,希望在這次產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中搶占至高點(diǎn),作為智能終端的核心環(huán)節(jié),平板電腦市場是非常重要的一環(huán),然而,行業(yè)的過度競爭,同質(zhì)化競爭十分嚴(yán)重等,企業(yè)如何在這個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)中發(fā)展面臨巨大考驗(yàn)。因此,作為創(chuàng)業(yè)未久的新型高科技企業(yè)無錫矽鼎科技如何發(fā)掘、依托其核心資源在平板電腦市場中搶占先機(jī)是無錫矽鼎亟需思考的問題。 本文正是以此為切入點(diǎn),以平板電腦廠商無錫矽鼎科技為研究對象,通過所學(xué)的競爭戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)理論知識,運(yùn)用各種工具全面、深入、詳細(xì)地分析了無錫矽鼎科技當(dāng)前所處的行業(yè)環(huán)境,并在此基礎(chǔ)上使用SWOT方法、競爭戰(zhàn)略理論和五力模型等歸納總結(jié)出了矽鼎科技的平板電腦業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。此外,通過對矽鼎科技的用戶群的細(xì)分及定位,明確了現(xiàn)階段平板電腦業(yè)務(wù)的競爭戰(zhàn)略,并在充分借鑒、學(xué)習(xí)國外標(biāo)桿企業(yè)蘋果公司等其平板業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,從組織調(diào)整、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、人才資源等幾個(gè)方面制定了矽鼎科技公司競爭戰(zhàn)略的具體保障措施?傮w而言,即堅(jiān)持以行業(yè)客戶和深度定制客戶為切入點(diǎn),實(shí)施有效益的規(guī)模發(fā)展;適時(shí)靈活運(yùn)用各種策略,聚焦重點(diǎn),以差異化打造其平板電腦的利器;充分發(fā)揮技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,與各合作伙伴形成協(xié)同效應(yīng)共同提升矽鼎科技核心競爭力,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)在規(guī)模、效益上的雙豐收。

Therefore, as a new high-tech enterprise, Wuxi silicon tripod, how to explore and rely on its core resources in the tablet computer market is an urgent problem for Wuxi silicon tripod to think about.
