【摘要】：為了加強(qiáng)政府對(duì)木材供應(yīng)鏈的監(jiān)管,幫助企業(yè)提高木制品國際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,基于AT89C2051單片機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)了木材供應(yīng)鏈管理手持機(jī),使用了AT24C16芯片的IC卡作為供應(yīng)鏈追蹤卡,手持機(jī)能夠向IC卡寫入供應(yīng)鏈日志及GPS時(shí)間、經(jīng)緯度,幫助企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)原材料的溯源,加強(qiáng)木制品品質(zhì)的管控,并且對(duì)林業(yè)執(zhí)法過程進(jìn)行有效的監(jiān)督。同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了基于MD5加密的改良算法,使篡改和偽造追蹤卡具有較大的技術(shù)難度。該項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)能夠阻斷非法木材進(jìn)入供應(yīng)鏈,保護(hù)森林資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)林業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)增長。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the government's supervision of wood supply chain and help enterprises to improve the competitiveness of international market of wood products, a wood supply chain management handset based on AT89C2051 microcontroller is designed, and the IC card of AT24C16 chip is used as the supply chain tracking card. The handset can write the supply chain log and GPS time, latitude and longitude to IC card, help enterprises to trace raw materials, strengthen the quality control of wood products, and supervise the forestry law enforcement process effectively. At the same time, an improved algorithm based on MD5 encryption is designed, which makes tampering and forgery tracking card more difficult. This design can prevent illegal timber from entering supply chain, protect forest resources and realize sustainable growth of forestry economy.
