高速視頻存儲技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:高速視頻存儲技術(shù)憑借著其存儲容量大、速度高、實(shí)時顯示等特點(diǎn),已經(jīng)被廣泛地應(yīng)用到空中監(jiān)測、水下視頻采集以及陸地上的安防、交通、工業(yè)、教學(xué)等各個領(lǐng)域。目前普遍應(yīng)用的視頻存儲器的存儲速度比較低,存儲容量小,并且?guī)捓寐实停孕枰O(shè)計一款存儲速度高以及帶寬利用率高的高幀頻視頻存儲器。 本文以高速視頻存儲器應(yīng)用在水下視頻數(shù)據(jù)采集作為應(yīng)用背景,利用高性能的存儲介質(zhì)DDR3-SDRAM作為高速視頻存儲器的核心存儲部分,不但提高了視頻數(shù)據(jù)的存儲速度,而且還增加了視頻數(shù)據(jù)存儲的帶寬利用率,解決了一般視頻存儲器容易遇到的因存儲速度不夠而造成視頻播放不連續(xù)的問題,除此之外該視頻存儲器還具有應(yīng)用廣泛和移植靈活等特點(diǎn),能夠滿足不同場合的視頻數(shù)據(jù)存儲需求。 本文在對高速視頻存儲器的發(fā)展及應(yīng)用背景進(jìn)行深入了解的前提下,對DDR3-SDRAM與一般的存儲器進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的比較,并且在對需要采集的視頻數(shù)據(jù)的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)下,最終確定了基于DDR3-SDRAM的高速視頻存儲器的設(shè)計方案;谠摲桨傅奶岢,重點(diǎn)研究了DDR3-SDRAM控制器的設(shè)計方法,介紹了CMOS相機(jī)經(jīng)過Camera Link接口輸出的數(shù)據(jù)格式,對該存儲器的各模塊的硬件電路進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,最終搭建了基于DDR3-SDRAM高速視頻存儲器的硬件測試平臺。分別利用軟件測試和硬件監(jiān)測的方法對信號進(jìn)行了驗證,結(jié)果表明通過合理的設(shè)計可以提高DDR3-SDRAM的帶寬利用率,采集的視頻數(shù)據(jù)能夠不丟幀的通過高速視頻存儲器的存儲,,最終在上位機(jī)上進(jìn)行實(shí)時的顯示。
[Abstract]:High-speed video storage technology has been widely used in air monitoring underwater video acquisition and land security transportation industry teaching and other fields because of its large storage capacity high speed real-time display and so on. At present, the widely used video memory has low storage speed, small storage capacity and low bandwidth utilization, so it is necessary to design a high frame rate video memory with high storage speed and high bandwidth utilization. In this paper, the application of high-speed video memory in underwater video data acquisition as the application background, the use of high-performance storage medium DDR3-SDRAM as the core storage part of high-speed video memory, not only improve the storage speed of video data. Moreover, the bandwidth utilization ratio of video data storage is increased, and the problem of video playing discontinuity caused by insufficient storage speed is solved. In addition, the video memory has the characteristics of wide application and flexible transplantation, which can meet the needs of video data storage in different situations. On the premise of deeply understanding the development and application background of high speed video memory, this paper compares the structure and performance of DDR3-SDRAM with that of general memory, and analyzes the indexes of video data that need to be collected. Finally, the design scheme of high speed video memory based on DDR3-SDRAM is determined. Based on this scheme, the design method of DDR3-SDRAM controller is studied, the data format of CMOS camera output through Camera Link interface is introduced, and the hardware circuit of each module of the memory is designed. Finally, the hardware testing platform based on DDR3-SDRAM high speed video memory is built. The results show that the bandwidth utilization of DDR3-SDRAM can be improved by reasonable design, and the collected video data can be stored through high-speed video memory without losing frame. Finally, the real-time display is carried out on the upper computer.
