【摘要】:目前的硬盤驅(qū)動(dòng)器,,磁頭飛行高度一般在10nm左右,而一顆普通塵粒的直徑≥0.3μm,一旦高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的磁頭碰到這種塵粒,就會(huì)造成磁頭損傷或者碟面劃傷,從而導(dǎo)致硬盤報(bào)廢。本課題通過對(duì)硬盤塵粒的分析研究,以期改善這一點(diǎn)。 硬盤生產(chǎn)中防塵研究主要集中在“潔凈的環(huán)境”和“干凈的零部件”這兩個(gè)方面,論文通過大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究來分析塵粒的來源,并提出相應(yīng)的防塵除塵措施,良好的無塵室控制可以滿足“潔凈的環(huán)境”的要求,而采用改善后的超聲波清洗參數(shù)則可以得到“干凈的零部件”。 本論文主要工作有:采用檢測試驗(yàn)法對(duì)F3系列硬盤生產(chǎn)中塵粒的來源進(jìn)行分析和查找;通過改善防塵室的操作規(guī)程和試建模范生產(chǎn)線的方法來改進(jìn)硬盤生產(chǎn)中的防塵效果,經(jīng)測試分析硬盤塵粒狀況確有改善;在研究了超聲波清洗機(jī)理之后,采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)法改善超聲波清洗參數(shù),以達(dá)到獲得更干凈的零部件;對(duì)硬盤生產(chǎn)線防塵除塵進(jìn)行綜合實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明硬盤塵源性廢品率有明顯的下降。
[Abstract]:In the present hard disk drive, the flying height of the magnetic head is generally about 10nm, and the diameter of a common dust particle is more than 0.3 渭 m. Once the high speed magnetic head touches the dust particle, it will cause head damage or disk surface scratch, which will lead to the hard disk scrapping. This subject through the hard disk dust particle analysis, in order to improve this point. The dust prevention research in hard disk production mainly focuses on the two aspects of "clean environment" and "clean parts". This paper analyzes the source of dust particles through a large number of experimental studies, and puts forward the corresponding measures for dust prevention and dust removal. Good clean room control can meet the requirements of "clean environment", and "clean parts" can be obtained by using improved ultrasonic cleaning parameters. The main work of this paper is as follows: to analyze and find out the source of dust particles in F3 series hard disk production by means of testing test method, to improve the dust-proof effect in hard disk production by improving the operation rules of dust-proof chamber and the method of building model production line. After testing and analyzing the improvement of hard disk dust particles, after studying the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism, the ultrasonic cleaning parameters were improved by orthogonal test method to obtain cleaner parts and components, and a comprehensive experiment was carried out on the hard disk production line to prevent dust and dust. The results show that the rate of hard disk dust-derived waste is obviously decreased.
