打印機(jī)嵌入式圖像處理機(jī)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今,傳統(tǒng)打印機(jī)通常是借助與計(jì)算機(jī)的連接來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)打印功能的。其工作原理是在需要打印文件時(shí),借助計(jì)算機(jī)讀入待打印文件,對(duì)其進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,最終將打印數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)酱蛴C(jī)上進(jìn)行控制打印。但是,該打印系統(tǒng)對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)的依賴性一方面會(huì)占用計(jì)算機(jī)的資源;另一方面,設(shè)備龐大帶來(lái)諸多不便。因此,在嵌入式系統(tǒng)上實(shí)現(xiàn)讀取文件及解析處理操作,從而脫離計(jì)算機(jī)的束縛,直接進(jìn)行打印工作,就顯得很有意義。 本文針對(duì)打印機(jī)嵌入式圖像處理機(jī)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究。首先,分析打印機(jī)中常用電子文件:BMP、JPEG、TIFF和PDF的文檔組織結(jié)構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)編碼算法。其次,對(duì)嵌入式圖像處理機(jī)采用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù):文件解析技術(shù)、半色調(diào)模塊、數(shù)據(jù)壓縮技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)緩沖及嵌入式軟件技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究;最后,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出對(duì)嵌入式處理機(jī)中文件解析技術(shù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,并按照文件讀取,文件解析和數(shù)據(jù)通信等步驟對(duì)方案進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。 通過(guò)測(cè)試,文件解析程序可完成直接讀取U盤和SD卡中的文件,利用ARM處理器的高性能,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)解析和高速數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,滿足打印需求。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)嵌入式圖像處理機(jī)中文件解析技術(shù)的研究和實(shí)現(xiàn),較為有效的解決了傳統(tǒng)打印機(jī)依賴計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理帶來(lái)諸多不便的問(wèn)題。在嵌入式下實(shí)現(xiàn)四種文件的解析,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)嵌入式打印圖像處理機(jī)和其他文件格式的解析處理具有一定的參考意義。但是,本文仍有一些問(wèn)題需要進(jìn)一步解決和改進(jìn),,包括對(duì)文件解析程序的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展和優(yōu)化以增加其數(shù)據(jù)處理的效率。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the traditional printer usually uses the connection with the computer to realize the printing function. Its working principle is to read the file to be printed by computer and process it with the help of computer. Finally, the print data is transferred to the printer to control the printing. However, the dependence of the printing system on the computer will occupy the resources of the computer on the one hand, on the other hand, the equipment will bring a lot of inconvenience. Therefore, it is very meaningful to read files and parse them in embedded system, so as to get rid of the shackles of computer and print directly. This paper focuses on the key technology of printer embedded image processor. Firstly, the paper analyzes the document organization structure and data coding algorithm of the electronic file: BMP / JPEG / TIFF and PDF. Secondly, the key technologies used in embedded image processor, such as file parsing technology, halftone module, data compression technology, data buffer and embedded software technology, are studied. This paper presents the implementation scheme of file parsing technology in embedded processor, and implements the scheme according to the steps of file reading, file parsing and data communication. Through the test, the file parser can read the files in U disk and SD card directly, and realize the data parse and high speed data transmission by using the high performance of ARM processor, and meet the printing demand. Through the research and implementation of file parsing technology in embedded image processor, this paper effectively solves the problem that traditional printer relies on computer for data processing. The analysis of four kinds of files under the embedded system has some reference significance for the design of the embedded print image processor and other file formats. However, there are still some problems that need to be solved and improved in this paper, including the further expansion and optimization of the file parser to increase the efficiency of its data processing.
