多類型數(shù)據(jù)車載記錄儀研究

【摘要】:隨著測試技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和記錄儀表對多元化、智能化的需求,將嵌入式系統(tǒng)用于大型、復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的記錄儀表是必然的。新一代的嵌入式系統(tǒng)不僅在處理能力上遠大于普通的單片機系統(tǒng),而且豐富的外圍資源也大大縮短了產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)周期,同時,嵌入式系統(tǒng)也能更好的適應(yīng)惡劣的環(huán)境條件。 本文主要研究嵌入式系統(tǒng)在為某型武器裝備研發(fā)的多類型數(shù)據(jù)車載記錄儀中的應(yīng)用。實現(xiàn)了對CAN數(shù)據(jù)、RS422數(shù)據(jù)、VGA高清圖像、PAL制式圖像等武器系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、記錄、回放、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)移等功能。 多類型數(shù)據(jù)車載記錄儀硬件平臺采用了PC104、FPGA、DSP等嵌入式結(jié)構(gòu),軟件系統(tǒng)采用了Embedded Visual C++、Verilog HDL、Lab View等進行開發(fā)。 本文主要內(nèi)容為: 1、通過對某型武器系統(tǒng)工作流程的研究,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性及可靠性的要求,多類型數(shù)據(jù)車載記錄儀選擇嵌入式系統(tǒng)進行系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。 2、描述了多類型數(shù)據(jù)車載記錄儀的總體設(shè)計方案,詳細介紹了硬件結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計和軟件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計 3、針對武器系統(tǒng)工作的環(huán)境要求,介紹了多類型數(shù)據(jù)車載記錄儀的工程設(shè)計方法,并介紹了整機測試及試驗情況。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of test technology and the demand of multiple and intelligent recording instruments, it is inevitable to apply embedded systems to record instruments in large and complex systems. The new generation of embedded system not only has much more processing power than the ordinary single-chip microcomputer system, but also the rich peripheral resources greatly shorten the product development cycle, at the same time, the embedded system can better adapt to the bad environmental conditions. This paper mainly studies the application of embedded system in multi-type data vehicle recorder developed for a certain weapon equipment. The functions of data acquisition, recording, playback, data transfer and so on for CAN data collection, recording, playback, data transfer and so on are realized. The hardware platform of the multi-type data on-board recorder adopts the embedded structure such as PC104 FPGA DSP, and the software system is developed with Embedded Visual C Verilog HDL Lab View and so on. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Through the research of the work flow of a certain weapon system, combining with the requirement of the environment adaptability and reliability of the product, the multi-type data on-board recorder selects the embedded system to carry on the system development. 2. The overall design scheme of multi-type data on-board recorder is described. The design of hardware structure and software system are introduced in detail. 3. According to the environment requirement of weapon system, this paper introduces the engineering design method of multi-type data on-board recorder, and introduces the whole machine test and test situation.
