【摘要】:實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)和基于工作過(guò)程的理實(shí)一體的課程開(kāi)發(fā)是高等職業(yè)教育中兩個(gè)非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)。本課題是設(shè)計(jì)并制作一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),完成對(duì)檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的溫度、煙霧傳感器輸出信號(hào)的采集、轉(zhuǎn)換、處理的功能。此系統(tǒng)綜合了高職學(xué)院電氣自動(dòng)化技術(shù)專業(yè)的電工電子技術(shù)及電氣測(cè)量技術(shù)、傳感檢測(cè)技術(shù)與儀表、微機(jī)控制技術(shù)及接口等課程的內(nèi)容。裝置制作完成后,可以補(bǔ)充學(xué)校的檢測(cè)和微機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目和實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備,還可以作為綜合的實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目給學(xué)生提供更多的基于工作過(guò)程實(shí)訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì)。 因?yàn)槭菓?yīng)用于教學(xué)的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,面向的學(xué)生是高職生,所以要求實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備具有一定的安全性和開(kāi)放性,要易于操作,有助于學(xué)生理解和使用;谝陨峡紤],采用AT89S51單片機(jī)、DB18B20數(shù)字式溫度傳感器、MQ-2模擬式煙霧傳感器、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換、鍵盤(pán)輸入以及LED顯示、蜂鳴器報(bào)警模塊組成,軟件方面每個(gè)模塊都有詳細(xì)的流程圖、采用匯編語(yǔ)言編程,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)溫度、煙霧的檢測(cè)、顯示、報(bào)警限設(shè)置、延時(shí)報(bào)警等功能。之所以選擇模擬式和數(shù)字式兩類不同類型的傳感器,就是為了給學(xué)生直觀的認(rèn)識(shí),數(shù)字式溫度傳感器DS18B20由美國(guó)DALLAS半導(dǎo)體公司生產(chǎn),它的輸入/輸出采用數(shù)字量,通過(guò)單總線,實(shí)現(xiàn)與單片機(jī)的雙向通訊,但是程序稍顯復(fù)雜。而模擬式煙霧傳感器,則還需要進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)換,才能與單片機(jī)相連,所以模擬式煙霧傳感器模塊又分為運(yùn)算放大器和A/D轉(zhuǎn)換電路兩個(gè)小模塊。 這是一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、性能穩(wěn)定、使用方便、價(jià)格低廉、智能化的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,跟市場(chǎng)上成型的產(chǎn)品相比,不僅大大節(jié)約了經(jīng)濟(jì)成本,更有助于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力和專業(yè)技能。
[Abstract]:Laboratory construction and curriculum development based on working process are two very important links in higher vocational education. This subject is to design and make a laboratory data acquisition system to complete the detection of the temperature, smoke sensor output signal acquisition, conversion, processing function. This system synthesizes the contents of electrical and electronic technology and electrical measurement technology, sensing technology and instrument, microcomputer control technology and interface of electrical automation technology major in higher vocational college. After the device is finished, it can be used to supplement the experiment items and experimental equipment of the school and microcomputer laboratory, and to provide students with more practical training opportunities based on the work process as a comprehensive practical training project. Because it is an experimental device used in teaching and the students facing to it are higher vocational students, it is required that the experimental equipment be safe and open, easy to operate, and helpful for students to understand and use it. Based on the above considerations, using AT89S51 singlechip DB18B20 digital temperature sensor, MQ-2 analog smoke sensor, analog-to-digital conversion, keyboard input and LED display, buzzer alarm module composition, software each module has a detailed flow chart, By using assembly language, the functions of temperature, smoke detection, display, alarm limit setting, delay alarm and so on can be realized. The reason for choosing two different types of sensors, analog and digital, is to give students an intuitive understanding. DS18B20, a digital temperature sensor, is produced by DALLAS Semiconductor Company of the United States. Its input / output is digital, and it passes through a single bus. Realize the two-way communication with single-chip microcomputer, but the program is a little complicated. The analog smoke sensor needs further conversion to connect with the single chip computer, so the analog smoke sensor module is divided into two modules: operational amplifier and A / D conversion circuit. This is a simple structure, stable performance, easy to use, low price, intelligent experimental device, compared with the products on the market, it not only saves the economic cost, but also helps to cultivate students' practical ability and professional skills.
