【摘要】:LED顯示屏是信息顯示的重要傳媒之一, LED顯示屏產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸成為我國電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分。隨著LED大屏幕顯示技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)量大大增加,系統(tǒng)頻率要求越來越高,系統(tǒng)規(guī)模越來越大,對(duì)顯示控制系統(tǒng)的要求在不斷提高。 本文分析了LED彩色顯示原理,給出了LED顯示屏控制卡系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu),制定了基于LPC2214的異步LED顯示控制卡方案,給出了系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和主要軟件設(shè)計(jì)。 針對(duì)以簡(jiǎn)單8位或16位微控制器為核心的傳統(tǒng)顯示技術(shù)在運(yùn)算速度、內(nèi)存容量、存儲(chǔ)空間和通訊方式等方面的局限性,該系統(tǒng)選用LPC2214為主控制器,F(xiàn)LASH、SRAM為存儲(chǔ)器,CPLD芯片為掃描控制單元;通過以太網(wǎng)或串口實(shí)現(xiàn)與上位機(jī)的通信,將上位機(jī)發(fā)送的內(nèi)容保存在存儲(chǔ)芯片內(nèi),并將存儲(chǔ)的內(nèi)容最終顯示在LED屏上,具有存儲(chǔ)以及自動(dòng)播放的能力;為了提高系統(tǒng)安全性以及開發(fā)效率、縮短開發(fā)周期,保證系統(tǒng)不崩潰還要有自愈能力,采用嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)μ C/OS-Ⅱ提高控制卡軟件系統(tǒng)的可靠性。 經(jīng)測(cè)試,本文設(shè)計(jì)的異步全彩LED顯示屏控制卡性能良好,工作穩(wěn)定可靠,易于維護(hù)升級(jí),實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于LPC2214的異步LED顯示屏控制卡,,該控制卡使得顯示屏清晰度好,具有良好的觀看效果,而且顯示區(qū)域大、刷新頻率高。
[Abstract]:LED display screen is one of the important media of information display. LED display screen industry has gradually become an important part of electronic information industry in China. With the development of LED large screen display technology, the amount of data to be processed is greatly increased, the system frequency requirement is becoming higher and higher, the scale of the system is becoming larger and larger, and the demand for display control system is increasing. In this paper, the principle of LED color display is analyzed, the whole structure of the control card system of LED display screen is given, the asynchronous LED display control card scheme based on LPC2214 is established, and the hardware design and main software design of the system are given. Aiming at the limitation of traditional display technology based on simple 8-bit or 16-bit microcontroller, such as computing speed, memory capacity, storage space and communication mode, etc. The system uses LPC2214 as the main controller and flash as the memory chip for the scanning control unit, realizes the communication with the host computer through Ethernet or serial port, and stores the contents sent by the upper computer in the memory chip. In order to improve the system security and development efficiency, shorten the development cycle and ensure that the system does not crash, it also has the ability to heal itself.
