【摘要】：在當(dāng)今的技術(shù)條件和生產(chǎn)水平的不斷發(fā)展中，計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)已經(jīng)越來越成熟的進(jìn)入到了生產(chǎn)生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域中，，而近年來在工控領(lǐng)域中大量使用了計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)來對工業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行監(jiān)測和控制，組態(tài)軟件就是計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控領(lǐng)域的代表產(chǎn)品。這些通用組態(tài)軟件大部分以工業(yè)PC機(jī)為平臺(tái)，在Windows系列操作系統(tǒng)上運(yùn)行。 在工控領(lǐng)域中，有時(shí)對計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的體積、功耗、功能等方面提出比較特殊的要求，這時(shí)普通的計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)就不再能夠滿足需求了。這時(shí)嵌入式系統(tǒng)就成為了一個(gè)理想的選擇。嵌入式系統(tǒng)在是一種面向需求的、專用的小型計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)，它摒棄了非必要的功能組件，使得運(yùn)行過程簡潔高效。嵌入式系統(tǒng)相較于普通的以PC機(jī)為平臺(tái)的計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)行時(shí)更加安全穩(wěn)定，而且能夠滿足一些特殊場合的要求。在這樣的背景下，提出了將組態(tài)軟件移植到嵌入式系統(tǒng)上的方案，這也是將是組態(tài)軟件的一個(gè)發(fā)展方向。 本文分析了通用組態(tài)軟件的功能和結(jié)構(gòu)，以此為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)了嵌入式組態(tài)軟件的功能和結(jié)構(gòu)。在對嵌入式系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)方法做了闡述后，本文提出了將組態(tài)軟件移植到嵌入式平臺(tái)具體方案和實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。最后以ARM9核心的嵌入式開發(fā)板為作為硬件平臺(tái)，移植了嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng)；使用Qt4作為開發(fā)工具開發(fā)了圖形界面系統(tǒng)和功能組件；設(shè)計(jì)了組態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)庫；使用串行通信作為通信方式開發(fā)了一套嵌入式組態(tài)功能演示系統(tǒng)來驗(yàn)證方案的可行性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of technological conditions and production level, computer technology has become more and more mature in various fields of production and life. In recent years, a large number of computer control systems have been used in the industrial control field to monitor and control the industrial production site. Configuration software is the representative product in the field of computer monitoring. Most of the general configuration software is based on industrial PC and runs on Windows series operating system. In the field of industrial control, there are some special requirements on the volume, power consumption and function of the computer monitoring system. Then the ordinary computer control system can no longer meet the demand. At this time, the embedded system has become an ideal choice. Embedded system is a kind of special small computer control system which is oriented to demand. It abandons the non-essential functional components and makes the running process simple and efficient. The embedded system is more secure and stable than the common computer control system based on PC, and it can meet the requirements of some special occasions. Under this background, the scheme of transplanting configuration software to embedded system is put forward, which will also be a developing direction of configuration software. This paper analyzes the function and structure of general configuration software, and designs the function and structure of embedded configuration software. After expounding the development method of embedded system, this paper puts forward the concrete scheme and realization process of transplanting configuration software to embedded platform. Finally, the embedded Linux operating system is transplanted with the embedded development board of the core of ARM9 as the hardware platform, the graphical interface system and functional components are developed by using Qt4 as the development tool, the configuration database is designed. A set of embedded configuration function demonstration system is developed by serial communication to verify the feasibility and practicability of the scheme.
