打印機(jī)嵌入式計(jì)算機(jī)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:普通打印機(jī)的USB接口為USB從口,打印機(jī)只能作為USB從設(shè)備,接收PC機(jī)通過USB接口傳來的數(shù)據(jù),無法實(shí)現(xiàn)無PC機(jī)USB接口直接打印,,給用戶的使用帶來不便。 本文主要研究打印機(jī)的嵌入式計(jì)算機(jī),可支持移動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備中圖像數(shù)據(jù)的直接打印。首先,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)基于ARM11和FPGA的打印機(jī)嵌入式計(jì)算機(jī),利用ARM11內(nèi)置的USB主機(jī)接口,實(shí)現(xiàn)主動(dòng)讀取U盤、移動(dòng)硬盤等移動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備中的圖像信息。其次,通過對(duì)誤差擴(kuò)散算法研究,利用豐富的硬件資源,采用查找表來替代乘法運(yùn)算,在FPGA內(nèi)部使用硬件描述語言實(shí)現(xiàn)誤差擴(kuò)散法IP核,同時(shí)采用流水線設(shè)計(jì)方案,每個(gè)時(shí)鐘周期即可計(jì)算一個(gè)像素點(diǎn)的半色調(diào)值,提高了系統(tǒng)的執(zhí)行效率。最后,通過對(duì)跳白塊編碼算法的改進(jìn),在FPGA內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)跳白塊編碼改進(jìn)算法IP核,減少了存儲(chǔ)空間,支持多拷貝打印。 本文通過對(duì)打印機(jī)嵌入式計(jì)算機(jī)及相應(yīng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的深入研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了打印機(jī)USB接口直接打印,滿足了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的初衷。
[Abstract]:The USB interface of ordinary printer is USB slave port. The printer can only be used as USB slave device to receive data from PC through USB interface. It can not print directly without USB interface of PC, which brings inconvenience to users. This paper mainly studies the embedded computer of printer, which can support the direct printing of image data in removable storage device. Firstly, a printer embedded computer based on ARM11 and FPGA is designed. By using the USB host interface built into ARM11, we can read the image information from the U disk and the mobile hard disk. Secondly, through the research of error diffusion algorithm, using abundant hardware resources, using lookup table to replace multiplication operation, using hardware description language to realize error diffusion IP core in FPGA, and adopting pipeline design scheme at the same time. Each clock cycle can calculate the halftone value of a pixel, which improves the efficiency of the system. Finally, through the improvement of the white block hopping coding algorithm, the IP core of the white block hopping coding improved algorithm is designed in FPGA, which reduces the storage space and supports multi-copy printing. In this paper, the printer USB interface is directly printed through the deep research of the printer embedded computer and the corresponding key technology, which satisfies the original intention of the system design.
