【摘要】：應用于航空的記錄系統(tǒng),要求具有比地面系統(tǒng)更高的可維護性和可靠性,體積和功耗也有嚴格的限制。針對這些要求,本文提出了基于ATR加固結構的嵌入式NAND Flash圖像記錄系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用CPCIE 3U規(guī)范設計,置于1/2 ATR機箱內,增強了系統(tǒng)的可靠性和可維護性。通過引入SRIO高速總線和NAND Flash存儲陣列,解決了數(shù)據(jù)的高速實時記錄。在此基礎上,詳細闡述了系統(tǒng)各板卡的設計。實驗結果表明,該記錄系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定可靠,記錄速度達到912 MB/s,滿足高分辨率航空CCD相機的記錄要求。
[Abstract]:Aircraft recording systems are required to be more maintainable and reliable than ground systems, with strict limits on volume and power consumption. To meet these requirements, an embedded NAND Flash image recording system based on ATR reinforced structure is proposed in this paper. The system is designed according to CPCIE 3U specification and placed in 1 / 2 ATR chassis, which enhances the reliability and maintainability of the system. By introducing SRIO high speed bus and NAND Flash storage array, the high-speed real-time data recording is solved. On this basis, the design of each board card of the system is described in detail. The experimental results show that the recording system is stable and reliable, and the recording speed reaches 912MB / s, which meets the requirements of high-resolution aerial CCD camera.
