集成多種控制算法的通用稱重配料儀設(shè)計

【摘要】:嵌入式稱重技術(shù)是國家經(jīng)濟和科學技術(shù)競爭的重要領(lǐng)域,稱重技術(shù)隨著電子技術(shù)和傳感器的進步得到了迅速的發(fā)展。其中,精確的稱重配料儀表是配料系統(tǒng)最重要的組成部分,因此研究與設(shè)計基于嵌入式技術(shù)的稱重配料系統(tǒng)有十分重要的意義。本課題研究可應(yīng)用于料斗式落料、螺旋泵和蝶閥方式供料的稱重配料系統(tǒng)和針對持續(xù)流量控制的系統(tǒng)。為稱重配料和流量控制提供了有效的解決方案。 本文廣泛收集、深入分析了稱重配料系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)資料,首先對目前存在的配料系統(tǒng)進行了深入的調(diào)查,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外配料系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了其優(yōu)缺點;其次從系統(tǒng)的準確性、可靠性和功能實現(xiàn)等方面進行了研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)具體的功能需求以及目前衡器領(lǐng)域的新技術(shù),設(shè)計了以ARM7微處理器為核心的稱重配料儀。 硬件方面著重分析了其基本原理和基本構(gòu)成,同時選擇稱重傳感器,設(shè)計A/D轉(zhuǎn)換電路、放大電路、通信模塊和顯示模塊等,完成稱重系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計。本設(shè)計為不同的用戶需求提供了RS232、RS485和USB等豐富的通信接口。為確保精度,對采集的信號進行了低通濾波處理。 軟件方面著重分析了μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)的移植。在此操作系統(tǒng)平臺上,為各個模塊編寫了驅(qū)動程序,并為系統(tǒng)編寫了應(yīng)用程序。并在軟件方面采用了平均值法進行數(shù)字濾波。 在控制輸出方面,針對料斗式落料、螺旋泵和蝶閥方式供料的系統(tǒng)采用模糊控制方式,針對持續(xù)流量控制采用PID算法,有效地提高了稱重精度。
[Abstract]:Embedded weighing technology is an important field of national economy and science and technology competition. With the progress of electronic technology and sensors, weighing technology has been developed rapidly. Among them, accurate weighing and batching instrument is the most important part of the batching system, so it is very important to research and design the weighing and batching system based on embedded technology. This research can be applied to the weighing and batching system of hopper, screw pump and butterfly valve and the system of continuous flow control. It provides an effective solution for weighing batching and flow control. In this paper, the technical data of weighing and batching system are collected and analyzed. Firstly, the existing batching system is investigated deeply, and its advantages and disadvantages are summarized in combination with the development status of domestic and foreign batching system technology. Secondly, the accuracy, reliability and function realization of the system are studied. On this basis, combined with the specific functional requirements of the system and the new technology in the field of weighing apparatus, a weighing and batching instrument with ARM7 microprocessor as the core is designed. In the aspect of hardware, the basic principle and structure of the system are analyzed. At the same time, the weighing sensor is selected, and the A- / D conversion circuit, amplifier circuit, communication module and display module are designed to complete the hardware design of the weighing system.
