機(jī)房監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)用戶自定制技術(shù)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:機(jī)房安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行關(guān)系到企事業(yè)單位甚至全社會(huì)的利益,為用戶提供定制化機(jī)房監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已成為當(dāng)前科技、產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)熱點(diǎn)。本論文以“機(jī)房監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)用戶自定制技術(shù)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)”為題,研究基于大批量定制(Mass Customization, MC)思想的機(jī)房監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)用戶自定制(Computer Room Monitoring System Self-Customi-zation, CRMS-SC)技術(shù)及實(shí)現(xiàn),為開發(fā)定制化機(jī)房監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)提供新思路和方法,對(duì)維護(hù)機(jī)房安全、推動(dòng)測(cè)控技術(shù)發(fā)展,具有重要學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和實(shí)際意義。論文研究工作得到教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目(NCET-08-0211)的資助。 論文分析機(jī)房監(jiān)控技術(shù)、大批量定制理論的國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展,提出基于MC的CRMS-SC解決方案,研究其機(jī)理、架構(gòu)、實(shí)施路線、關(guān)鍵技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、支持多樣化設(shè)備接入、滿足用戶自定制監(jiān)控需求的智能機(jī)房動(dòng)力環(huán)境集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。主要工作包括: ⑴針對(duì)機(jī)房監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)用戶自定制需求,提出基于MC的CRMS-SC技術(shù),將機(jī)房監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)個(gè)性化定制開發(fā)問題轉(zhuǎn)為基于CRMS-SC產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)的構(gòu)件復(fù)用問題,,用戶根據(jù)個(gè)性化需求在相同的產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)上自定制出不同的產(chǎn)品。提出將CRMS-SC實(shí)施路線分為產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)、基于此平臺(tái)定制過程設(shè)計(jì)這兩個(gè)階段。 ⑵研究CRMS-SC產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)方法,提出基于設(shè)備代理服務(wù)器的設(shè)備接入集成方法,通過串口服務(wù)器進(jìn)行設(shè)備組網(wǎng),使CRMS-SC能以統(tǒng)一方式訪問差異化現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備;提出面向監(jiān)控設(shè)備對(duì)象進(jìn)行構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì),每個(gè)監(jiān)控對(duì)象構(gòu)件在人機(jī)界面上以控件的形式顯示出來,同時(shí)關(guān)聯(lián)設(shè)備接口構(gòu)件。 ⑶研究基于CRMS-SC平臺(tái)定制過程的設(shè)計(jì)方法,提出“定制編輯-定制建模-定制驗(yàn)證-定制部署”用戶自定制四步曲,研究了構(gòu)件添加、刪除、配置、移動(dòng)等編輯操作的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,應(yīng)用TLA描述語言對(duì)定制進(jìn)行形式化描述建模,并進(jìn)行合法性驗(yàn)證,最后部署運(yùn)行。 ⑷研發(fā)機(jī)柜式機(jī)房監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)測(cè)試平臺(tái),進(jìn)行功能測(cè)試及應(yīng)用。 論文所研發(fā)的基于MC的CRMS-SC軟件已經(jīng)取得了我國計(jì)算機(jī)軟件著作權(quán),并應(yīng)用到某公司機(jī)房監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目,達(dá)到預(yù)期效果,滿足用戶自定制需求。
[Abstract]:The safe and stable operation of computer room is related to the interests of enterprises, institutions and even the whole society. Providing customized computer room monitoring system for users has become a hot spot in current science and technology and industrial competition. In this paper, based on the theory of Mass customization (MCC), the technology and implementation of computer Room Monitoring System Self-Customi-zation (CRMS-SC) in computer room monitoring system are studied. It is of great academic value and practical significance to provide new ideas and methods for the development of customized computer room monitoring system, which is of great academic value and practical significance for maintaining computer room safety and promoting the development of measurement and control technology. The research work is funded by NCET-08-0211, Ministry of Education's New Century Talent support Program (NCET-08-0211). This paper analyzes the research progress of computer room monitoring technology and mass customization theory at home and abroad, puts forward a CRMS-SC solution based on MC, studies its mechanism, architecture, implementation route, key technology, and realizes independent intellectual property rights. The intelligent engine room power environment centralized monitoring system which supports the diversified equipment access and meets the user's custom monitoring needs. The main tasks include: 1. Aiming at the self-customization requirement of computer room monitoring system, this paper puts forward the CRMS-SC technology based on MC, which turns the development of personalization customization of computer room monitoring system into component reuse based on CRMS-SC product platform. Users customize different products on the same product platform according to their individual needs. The implementation route of CRMS-SC is divided into two stages: product platform design and customization process design based on this platform. (2) the design method of CRMS-SC product platform is studied, and a device access integration method based on device proxy server is put forward. The device network is organized through serial port server, so that CRMS-SC can access differentiated field equipment in a unified way. A component design oriented to monitoring device object is proposed. Each monitoring object component is displayed in the form of controls on the man-machine interface, and the device interface component is associated with each component. (3) the design method of customization process based on CRMS-SC platform is studied, and the four steps of custom-model-custom-validation-custom deployment are put forward, and the implementation methods of editing operation, such as adding, deleting, configuring and moving components, are studied. The TLA description language is used to formalize the modeling of customization, to verify the validity of the model, and finally to deploy and run. Research and development of cabinet-type computer room monitoring system test platform, functional testing and application. The CRMS-SC software based on MC has obtained the copyright of computer software in our country, and it has been applied to the computer room monitoring project of a company, which can achieve the desired effect and meet the needs of user customization.
