【摘要】：文章對(duì)云環(huán)境下影響組織間知識(shí)共享的因素進(jìn)行了綜合分析,創(chuàng)新性地提出了組織云能力的概念,認(rèn)為組織云能力是主要由云技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力和云思維能力組成的組織應(yīng)用云計(jì)算技術(shù)和服務(wù)的能力,知識(shí)共享雙方的綜合云能力是影響云環(huán)境下組織間知識(shí)共享的主要因素之一。在此基礎(chǔ)之上用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法研究跨組織知識(shí)共享的動(dòng)態(tài)行為和因果關(guān)系,并利用Vensim PLE軟件進(jìn)行了仿真分析,結(jié)果表明該模型能夠描述云環(huán)境下跨組織知識(shí)共享行為的演化過(guò)程,可為設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)組織間知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移行為的機(jī)制提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the factors that affect the knowledge sharing among organizations in the cloud environment , and brings forward the concept of organization cloud ability . It is considered that organization cloud ability is one of the main factors influencing knowledge sharing among organizations under cloud environment .
