【摘要】：近年來(lái)，隨著嵌入式技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，，基于嵌入式系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品隨處可見(jiàn)。系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目能否按時(shí)保質(zhì)的完成就成為了要解決的重要問(wèn)題。由于嵌入式系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程的獨(dú)特性和不確定性，如何評(píng)估項(xiàng)目的需求風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是一個(gè)重點(diǎn)也是一個(gè)難點(diǎn)。在項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)發(fā)周期中，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的時(shí)間與修復(fù)問(wèn)題所花費(fèi)的成本是成正比的。發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題越早，那么修復(fù)問(wèn)題的成本就越低，而需求階段恰恰是項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的第一個(gè)階段。如果能在需求階段評(píng)估出項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并針對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)制定相應(yīng)的措施進(jìn)行規(guī)避，那么就能在最大程度上保證項(xiàng)目按時(shí)保質(zhì)的完成。但是目前針對(duì)嵌入式系統(tǒng)的可具體應(yīng)用的需求風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法還都比較單一，在全面有效的評(píng)估嵌入式系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的需求風(fēng)險(xiǎn)上還需要不斷的深入研究。 本文在介紹了嵌入式系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程和開(kāi)發(fā)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合及需求風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的成因和倍增效應(yīng)研究，針對(duì)嵌入式系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目在特定的開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境下因?yàn)樾枨箫L(fēng)險(xiǎn)導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目延期的問(wèn)題，研究構(gòu)建了嵌入式系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的需求風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系，并在此指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上提出了基于模糊層次分析法的需求風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法的應(yīng)用，實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)嵌入式系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目需求風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的全面有效的評(píng)估。文章通過(guò)對(duì)某公司的Aimer37項(xiàng)目運(yùn)用了該指評(píng)估標(biāo)體系和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法，進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了評(píng)標(biāo)指標(biāo)體系和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法的可用性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of embedded technology, products based on embedded system can be seen everywhere. Whether the system project can be completed on time has become an important problem to be solved. Because of the uniqueness and uncertainty of the embedded system development process, how to evaluate the requirement risk of the project is an important and difficult point. In the development cycle of the project, the time to find the problem is proportional to the cost of fixing the problem. The earlier the problem is discovered, the lower the cost of fixing the problem, and the requirement phase is the first phase of project implementation. If we can evaluate the risk of the project in the requirement stage and make corresponding measures to avoid the risk, then we can ensure the completion of the project on time and quality to the maximum extent. However, at present, the requirements risk assessment method for embedded system can be applied in a single way, and it needs to be studied deeply in evaluating the demand risk of embedded system project in a comprehensive and effective way. Based on the introduction of the development process and characteristics of embedded system, this paper combines the research on the causes of requirement risk and multiplying effect, aiming at the problem that the embedded system project is delayed because of the requirement risk under the specific development environment. In this paper, the requirement risk assessment index system of embedded system project is constructed, and the application of requirement risk assessment method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is put forward on the basis of this index system. It realizes the comprehensive and effective evaluation of embedded system project demand risk. This paper applies the index system and the risk assessment method to the Aimer37 project of a company, and further verifies the usability of the evaluation index system and the risk assessment method.
