【摘要】：云計(jì)算自21世紀(jì)誕生以來,取得了迅猛的發(fā)展。云計(jì)算技術(shù)是繼個(gè)人計(jì)算機(jī)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)后的第三代信息技術(shù),它正極大的改變著我們的生活方式和生活質(zhì)量。然而,如同許多高新技術(shù)的發(fā)展都會(huì)不可避免的帶來倫理問題一樣,云計(jì)算技術(shù)的發(fā)展也帶來了諸如安全、隱私、法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等倫理問題,這些倫理問題的出現(xiàn)就要求我們研究和關(guān)注云計(jì)算技術(shù)帶來的倫理問題。 本文主要采用的文獻(xiàn)分析和研究分析法,系統(tǒng)和全面的分析云計(jì)算的倫理問題,本文主要從云計(jì)算發(fā)展的歷程、概念和應(yīng)用出發(fā),參考和綜合國內(nèi)外對(duì)云計(jì)算技術(shù)的倫理問題的研究,歸納和分析出云計(jì)算技術(shù)幾個(gè)主要的倫理問題,并試圖對(duì)比出云計(jì)算技術(shù)與第一代和第二代信息技術(shù)倫理問題的不同點(diǎn)。 本文分為五個(gè)部分,第1章介紹了云計(jì)算的概念和發(fā)展歷程,及其倫理問題的研究概況。第2章重點(diǎn)探討了云計(jì)算的安全性的倫理問題,主要從云計(jì)算安全性的表現(xiàn)和云計(jì)算安全性的獨(dú)特性方面進(jìn)行研究。第3章分析了云計(jì)算的隱私問題,重點(diǎn)從云計(jì)算的隱私的表現(xiàn)、云計(jì)算隱私問題的獨(dú)特性方面進(jìn)行了探討。第4章討論了云計(jì)算的效用評(píng)估的問題,主要介紹了云計(jì)算的潛在受益,比較深入的分析了云計(jì)算效用評(píng)估中存在的政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并指出效用分析的局限和困難之處。最后,本文針對(duì)以上三大倫理問題的研究,提出了云計(jì)算發(fā)展和應(yīng)用中的具體的倫理對(duì)策,主要從具體的倫理準(zhǔn)則、云計(jì)算的倫理問題的具體對(duì)策上提出策略,不僅從倫理上予以防范,而且從法律和政策上予以保障和制定,促進(jìn)云計(jì)算健康有序的發(fā)展。 本文主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于對(duì)云計(jì)算的倫理問題進(jìn)行了較為了全面、系統(tǒng)的梳理,并試圖從倫理的角度把握和突出云計(jì)算技術(shù)不同于第一代和第二代信息技術(shù)的差別。 云計(jì)算倫理問題的研究是一個(gè)前沿性的課題,旨在為了云計(jì)算更好的研究和發(fā)展,同時(shí),拋磚引玉,希望更多的人關(guān)注和研究云計(jì)算的倫理問題,使其為人類帶來更多的福祉。
[Abstract]:Cloud computing has made rapid development since the birth of the 21 st century. Cloud computing technology is the third generation of information technology after personal computer, Internet, it is greatly changing our way of life and quality of life. However, just as the development of many high and new technologies will inevitably bring ethical problems, the development of cloud computing technology also brings such ethical issues as security, privacy, legal risks, and so on. The emergence of these ethical issues requires us to study and pay attention to the ethical issues brought about by cloud computing technology. This article mainly uses the literature analysis and the research analysis method, systematically and comprehensively analyzes the cloud computing ethics question, this article mainly starts from the cloud computing development process, the concept and the application, Referring to and synthesizing the research on the ethical issues of cloud computing technology at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and analyzes several major ethical issues of cloud computing technology, and tries to compare the differences between cloud computing technology and the first and second generation information technology ethics issues. This paper is divided into five parts. Chapter 1 introduces the concept and development of cloud computing, as well as the research overview of ethical issues. Chapter 2 focuses on the ethical issues of cloud computing security, mainly from the performance of cloud computing security and the unique aspects of cloud computing security. Chapter 3 analyzes the privacy of cloud computing, focusing on the expression of cloud computing privacy and the uniqueness of cloud computing privacy. Chapter 4 discusses the utility evaluation of cloud computing, mainly introduces the potential benefits of cloud computing, deeply analyzes the political and economic risks, ecological risks and legal risks in the utility assessment of cloud computing. The limitations and difficulties of utility analysis are pointed out. Finally, according to the above three major ethical issues, this paper puts forward the specific ethical countermeasures in the development and application of cloud computing, mainly from the specific ethical criteria, cloud computing ethical issues specific countermeasures to put forward strategies, Not only from the ethics to prevent, but also from the law and policy to protect and formulate to promote the healthy and orderly development of cloud computing. The main innovation of this paper is that the ethical issues of cloud computing are comprehensively and systematically combed, and try to grasp and highlight the difference between cloud computing technology and the first generation and the second generation information technology from the ethical point of view. The research of cloud computing ethics is a front-line topic, aiming at better research and development of cloud computing, at the same time, we hope more people will pay attention to and study the ethical issues of cloud computing, so that it will bring more benefits to mankind.
