【摘要】：為了應(yīng)對越發(fā)激烈的競爭，企業(yè)新一代云計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)中心建設(shè)正如火如荼展開著，但是傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)中心運(yùn)維的組織構(gòu)架和管理方法已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)新時(shí)期云數(shù)據(jù)中心技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和運(yùn)維的需要，如何構(gòu)架適合企業(yè)云計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)中心運(yùn)維模式和提高其管理運(yùn)維水平也成了業(yè)界熱門的研究課題。 首先,本文研究了企業(yè)云計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)中心運(yùn)維特點(diǎn),生命周期和其階段活動,并對企業(yè)云數(shù)據(jù)中心運(yùn)維戰(zhàn)略、運(yùn)維項(xiàng)目周期、企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心管理對象等相關(guān)理論觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)。其次,以作者作為項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理與相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作共同完成的J公司云計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)中心建設(shè)運(yùn)維項(xiàng)目作為應(yīng)用案例，，深入數(shù)據(jù)中心運(yùn)維項(xiàng)目內(nèi)部，對一些具體的運(yùn)維管理應(yīng)用實(shí)踐進(jìn)行整理分析，比如J公司云計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)中心運(yùn)維周期和相關(guān)階段活動；提出了企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心模塊化分解劃分方法以簡化其分析、新型運(yùn)維職能組織架構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和建立、中心人員配置和具體的相關(guān)管理項(xiàng)和流程等。 企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心運(yùn)維是在實(shí)踐中不斷發(fā)展完善和隨技術(shù)時(shí)代進(jìn)步不斷變化的一門學(xué)科，希望本文的研究內(nèi)容能夠?qū)δ壳捌髽I(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心運(yùn)維管理的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐研究得到借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition, the construction of a new generation of cloud computing data centers is in full swing. However, the traditional data center operation and maintenance organization and management methods have not adapted to the new era cloud data center technical characteristics and operational needs. How to construct the operation and maintenance model for enterprise cloud computing data center and improve its management level has also become a hot research topic in the industry. First of all, this paper studies the characteristics of enterprise cloud computing data center operation and maintenance, life cycle and its phase activities, and the enterprise cloud data center operation and maintenance strategy, operation and maintenance project cycle. Enterprise data center management object and other related theoretical viewpoints are summarized. Secondly, the author as the project manager and related teams to complete the J company cloud computing data center construction project as an application case, deep inside the data center operations and maintenance project, Some specific operational and maintenance management application practices are analyzed, such as J company cloud computing data center operation and maintenance cycle and related phase activities, the enterprise data center modular decomposition and partition method to simplify its analysis, New operations and maintenance functions, organizational structure characteristics and establishment, central staffing and specific related management items and processes. The operation and maintenance of enterprise data center is a subject that develops continuously in practice and changes with the development of the technology age. I hope the research content of this paper can be used for reference in the application practice research of the operation and maintenance management of enterprise data center at present.
