基于云平臺的慮擬機(jī)在線遷移技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:能源消耗量是云計算中心重點考慮的因素之一,然而在現(xiàn)有云計算環(huán)境中,服務(wù)的動態(tài)擴(kuò)展導(dǎo)致云計算中心中某些節(jié)點負(fù)載過小,在造成資源閑置的同時帶來能源浪費問題;此外,現(xiàn)有的云平臺中虛擬機(jī)遷移技術(shù)無法同時保證“不間斷”服務(wù)以及高魯棒性。因此有必要研究云計算環(huán)境中針對節(jié)能問題的虛擬機(jī)在線遷移技術(shù)。本文主要研究面向節(jié)能的虛擬機(jī)在線遷移技術(shù)。針對現(xiàn)有節(jié)點負(fù)載率性能參數(shù)單一問題,提出一種可針對不同應(yīng)用的更靈活的節(jié)點負(fù)載率計算方法;針對節(jié)能目標(biāo),綜合考慮虛擬機(jī)的遷移數(shù)量因素,提出一種資源調(diào)度規(guī)則,根據(jù)規(guī)則選擇需要遷移的虛擬機(jī),為每個待遷移的虛擬機(jī)匹配最佳節(jié)點;針對現(xiàn)有遷移技術(shù)無法同時保證“不間斷”服務(wù)和高魯棒性問題,提出一種基于內(nèi)存頁混合拷貝方式的虛擬機(jī)在線遷移技術(shù),該技術(shù)在保證“不間斷”服務(wù)的同時,通過優(yōu)先從本地獲取內(nèi)存頁的方式,降低內(nèi)存頁丟失的風(fēng)險,保證魯棒性,并減少內(nèi)存頁傳輸?shù)臅r間,降低虛擬機(jī)遷移總時間;在所有遷移工作完成之后,關(guān)閉零負(fù)載節(jié)點,達(dá)到節(jié)能的目的;贠penStack開源云平臺實現(xiàn)了面向節(jié)能的虛擬機(jī)在線遷移原型系統(tǒng),在原型系統(tǒng)上進(jìn)行能源節(jié)約效率和虛擬機(jī)在線遷移性能的測試。測試結(jié)果表明:基于OpenStack的面向節(jié)能的虛擬機(jī)在線遷移技術(shù),能夠降低虛擬機(jī)在線遷移過程中對服務(wù)質(zhì)量的影響,并實現(xiàn)節(jié)能的優(yōu)化目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Energy consumption is one of the key factors considered by cloud computing center. However, in the current cloud computing environment, the dynamic expansion of services leads to a small load of some nodes in the cloud computing center, which results in energy waste while the resources are idle. In addition, the existing virtual machine migration technology in the cloud platform can not guarantee "continuous" service and high robustness at the same time. Therefore, it is necessary to study virtual machine online migration technology for energy saving in cloud computing environment. This paper focuses on energy-saving virtual machine online migration technology. Aiming at the problem of single node load rate performance parameter, a more flexible node load rate calculation method for different applications is proposed, and a resource scheduling rule considering the migration quantity factor of virtual machine is proposed for the purpose of energy saving. According to the rules, we select the virtual machines that need to be migrated, and match the best nodes for each virtual machine to be migrated. In view of the problem that the existing migration technology can not guarantee "uninterrupted" service and high robustness at the same time, This paper presents a virtual machine online migration technology based on the mixed copy of memory pages. This technology ensures "continuous" service while reducing the risk of loss of memory pages and ensuring robustness by prioritizing local access to memory pages. It also reduces the time of page transfer, reduces the total migration time of virtual machine, closes the zero load node after all migration work is finished, and achieves the purpose of saving energy. Based on OpenStack open source cloud platform, a prototype system of virtual machine online migration for energy saving is implemented. The efficiency of energy saving and the performance of virtual machine online migration are tested on the prototype system. The test results show that the energy saving virtual machine online migration technology based on OpenStack can reduce the impact of virtual machine online migration on the quality of service and achieve the optimization goal of energy saving.
