基于ANSI隨機數(shù)的0.7英寸PMOLED密碼鍵盤的設(shè)計

【摘要】:如今,號稱“夢幻顯示器”的第三代顯示技術(shù)OLED正處于大規(guī)模產(chǎn)業(yè)化的初期向中期邁進的階段。作為一個新型顯示市場,OLED產(chǎn)業(yè)正以驚人的速度生長,為中國顯示產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了一個難得的機遇。中國實現(xiàn)顯示產(chǎn)業(yè)大國夢想的唯一出路,,就是抓住這個機會,通過實現(xiàn)技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的跨越式發(fā)展,掌握OLED顯示技術(shù)。 中國國內(nèi)已有虹視、京東方、維信諾、天馬、彩虹、南京第壹有機光電等六家主要從事OLED顯示器件以及OLED照明開發(fā)及產(chǎn)業(yè)化工作的企業(yè)。虹視公司是國內(nèi)第一家完成2.6~7.6英寸AMOLED屏開發(fā)的企業(yè),并已著手建設(shè)4.5代AMOLED量產(chǎn)線。 本文首先回顧了OLED顯示技術(shù)的發(fā)展概況,并對OLED工作原理及行業(yè)動態(tài)做了一定介紹。然后,對0.7英寸OLED隨機密碼鍵盤產(chǎn)品進行開發(fā)設(shè)計,并對產(chǎn)品試制過程中的工藝問題進行總結(jié)分析和問題改進。最后,對0.7英寸OLED隨機密碼鍵盤產(chǎn)品做了市場分析,對小尺寸OLED應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展做了展望。 本文主要研究內(nèi)容為:0.7英寸OLED隨機密碼鍵盤的電路設(shè)計、軟件設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、等工作。具體設(shè)計工作有: 1)電路設(shè)計:包括電路系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、電路原理圖設(shè)計、電路印制板設(shè)計、譯碼/鎖存電路模塊設(shè)計等; 2)軟件設(shè)計:包括軟件系統(tǒng)框圖設(shè)計、基于8080時序的軟件驅(qū)動、按鍵掃描模塊設(shè)計、隨機數(shù)產(chǎn)生及應(yīng)用、源代碼編程等工作; 3)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計:包括按鍵類產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)狀分析、整機設(shè)計、工藝設(shè)計、工業(yè)設(shè)計、按鍵設(shè)計等工作。 本課題通過一年半的設(shè)計和研究,完成和實現(xiàn)了0.7英寸OLED隨機密碼鍵盤產(chǎn)品樣機的設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Now, the third generation display technology OLED, known as "dream display", is in the early stage of large-scale industrialization.As a new display market, the OLED industry is growing at an amazing speed, providing a rare opportunity for China's display industry.The only way for China to realize the dream of a great industrial power is to seize this opportunity and master the OLED display technology by realizing the leapfrog development of technology and industry.There are six enterprises in China, such as Hong TV, Beijing and East, Weixinuo, Tianma, Rainbow and Nanjing first Organic Optoelectronics, which are mainly engaged in the development and industrialization of OLED display devices and OLED lighting.Rainbow is the first company in China to complete the 2.67-inch AMOLED screen development, and has begun to build 4.5 generation AMOLED production line.In this paper, the development of OLED display technology is reviewed, and the working principle and industry dynamics of OLED are introduced.Then, the 0.7 inch OLED random cipher keyboard product is developed and designed, and the process problems in the process of product trial production are summarized and analyzed, and the problems are improved.Finally, the market of 0.7 inch OLED random password keyboard is analyzed, and the development of small size OLED application products is prospected.This paper mainly studies the circuit design, software design, structure design, and so on of the OLED random cipher keyboard.The specific design work includes:1) Circuit design: including circuit system design, circuit schematic design, circuit printed board design, decoding / latching circuit module design and so on;2) Software design: including software system block diagram design, software driver based on 8080 timing, key scan module design, random number generation and application, source code programming and so on;3) structural design: including key product status analysis, machine design, process design, industrial design, key design and so on.Through one and a half year's design and research, the design of 0.7 inch OLED random cipher keyboard prototype is completed and realized.
